With millions of dollars at stake, it's reasonable for players at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event final table to take their time to think when facing a difficult decision. But poker Twitter wasn't so understanding when eventual runner-up Adrian Attenborough tanked for 19 minutes in one hand before folding nothing but a pair of fours during heads-up play.
In the newest installment of The Muck, we take a look at the hand that tilted many on social media.
Attenborough, an Aussie, lost a heads-up match against Norway's Espen Jorstad with the world title on the line. During that fairly brief battle, the runner-up faced two all-in wagers from Jorstad, and both times he went into a lengthy tank with the hand often referred to as "flat tire."
Play Resumes at Noon in Day 1b

The tournament directors have announced how the current situation will be handled.
The remaining 477 players in Day 1b will bag their chips and return on July 17th at Noon local time. They will play through Level 22 (Currently 16:47 remaining in Level 17). After completing Level 22, they will take a one-hour break and then combine with the 75 surviving players from Day 1a at 5:00 p.m.
PokerNews will publish more information if/when it becomes available.
Paris Ballroom Evacuated - Tournament Paused

There has been a moment of panic in the Paris Ballroom after rumors of an active shooter situation on the Las Vegas Strip began to circulate.
Players and staff ran for cover out of the ballroom with tables flipped over and chips scattered across the room.
As far as PokerNews is aware there is no active shooter and there has been panic in neighboring casinos which has moved into Paris.
As soon as PokerNews has any updates on how tonight's tournaments will conclude we will bring them to you. In the meantime, updates from this tournament are currently paused.

A late-position player and the small blind both limped before Vincent Lam checked his option from the big blind.
The three players checked through the

river, the small blind checked before Lam barreled for 55,000, over the pot. The late-position player took a moment or two before folding, and the small blind quickly followed suit to give Lam the modest pot.
