Daniel Hachem raised it up to 1,400 in early position and Matthew Adams just called from the small blind. The flop came A♥Q♣4♠ and Adams check-called a bet of 1,200 from Hachem.
The turn was the 5♣ and Adams checked again. Hachem splashed in a bet of 5,500 and Adams stuck around for the 10♥ on the river. Adams checked for the third time and Hachem sized up a bet of 23,000. Adams thought for a moment and then dropped in a chip to call. Hachem tabled A♦4♣ for two pair but Adams held A♠Q♠ for a better two pair to claim the pot.
Venezuelan player Jesus Bertoli raised in late position to 1,100 and the big blind defended. The flop came down J♥A♣6♣ and Bertoli placed a continuation bet of 700 and received the call.
The turn Q♥ and the river 5♣ were both checked through. The big blind flipped over J♣10♠ but had a kicker problem when Bertoli showed K♣J♠.
Chris Moorman bet 1,000 from the button on a flop of J♠7♠10♦ and was called by Safwane Bahri under the gun.
Both players checked the 5♦ turn before Bahri led out for 3,500 on the 9♦ river. Moorman quickly gave up his hand.
A few hands later, Moorman and Bahri again tangled in a pot when Moorman bet 1,300 on the J♥5♦A♥ and Bahri called in middle position.
Moorman checked the K♠ turn before Bahri fired out 2,600. Moorman called and checked once more on the Q♣ river, and this time Bahri also checked behind.
Moorman turned over A♦10♣ for the rivered straight and took the pot but is still sitting on a short stack.
Action folded to John Bunch in late position who raised to 1,300. The player in the cutoff called to bring out the Q♥Q♦7♣ flop.
Bunch continued with a bet of 1,600 and got called by his opponent to see the 8♦ hit the turn.
Both players checked through and watched as the dealer put the 6♥ out on the river.
Bunch quickly tossed out a 2,300 bet and got called almost immediately by his opponent. He turned over the J♣8♣ and his opponent responded by tossing his cards into the muck as Bunch collected the pot.
The action folded to a player in middle position who opened for 1,100 and only Robert Wood made the call in the big blind.
The flop came J♦9♥3♠ and Wood check-called a bet of 1,000 from his opponent. On the 4♣ turn Wood checked again and the middle position player tossed out a bet of 5,000. Wood took some time, but eventually made the call.
The Q♣ completed the board and Wood quickly checked to his opponent, who after some thought, checked back to a showdown. Wood announced two pair and rolled over 9♣4♥ to scoop the pot when his opponent mucked their hand.
Three-handed on a board of 2♦J♦A♠A♦, Shahriar Fahim bet 1,000 from middle position and was called by both Adam Grossack in the small blind and another opponent in the big blind.
The river came the 3♥ and action checked to Fahim again, who fired out another 1,500. Both opponents called once more and Fahim showed A♣5♦ for trip aces.
"That's good versus me," Grossack said as he mucked. The big blind soon joined him in the muck as Fahim took down the pot.
Joseph Henry bet 1,600 from the cutoff on a J♣7♥10♣J♠ board, and Mahito Nakayama called.
When the river came 9♣, Henry put in another bet of 7,000. Nakayama grabbed the two yellow 1,000 chips and one red 5,000 calling chips and flipped them over and over again in his fingers as he contemplated how the hand had run out.
He let the chips go from his fingers to the felt, and that's when Henry showed 9♦9♠ for the rivered full house. Nakayama flashed Henry a king and a queen, forlornly tossing his losing straight into the muck.
Blair Hinkle raised to 1,200 from the hijack and was called by both players in the blinds.
Action checked to Hinkle on the 5♣4♥Q♠ flop and he continued for a 1,500 bet. Only the small blind called.
The A♠ fell on the turn and Hinkle's opponent checked again — prompting a 3,500 bet from Hinkle. His opponent again called.
The small blind checked a final time on the 10♣ river and Hinkle announced a bet of 9,500, which got a fold from his opponent.
