Daniel Weinman raised to 425,000 in the hijack and Keanu Tabali was in the big blind on the short stack. Tabali started to tank with a pay jump on the line, even giving the table permission to eventually call the clock. One player finally did and Tabali moved all in for 1,550,000 which Weinman called.

The flop came Q♣J♣8♠ to give Weinman a pair but Tabali still had plenty of outs. The 10♥ and 8♥ runout was not enough for Tabali who was sent to the payout desk.

Eric Schneider defended his big blind against Scott Berko and check-called a bet on the A♠J♥J♠ flop. Both checked the 5♥ turn and Schneider bet the 2♦ river for 1,600,000.

Berko went deep into the tank and eventually called but mucked to the J♣9♦ of Schneider.

Bryan Obregon raised to 400,000 from under the gun with A♦10♦ as action folded around to Diego D'Aquilio in the big blind, who three-bet to 1,150,000 holding K♠K♥. Obregon called to see the A♣2♣3♥ flop.

D'Aquilio's kings had been cracked by Obregon's top pair, but he still led out for 850,000. Obregon called and the 7♣ fell on the turn.

D'Aquilo slowed down and checked. Obregon checked as well leading to the K♣ river, which gave D'Aquilio a set and the lead.

He checked again and Obregon tapped the felt before mucking.

Dyachenko Shoves on Racener

John Racener raised to 425,000 in the cutoff and Pavel Dyachenko defended from the big blind. The flop fell K♣9♠3♣ and Dyachenko checked to Racener who continued with a bet of 300,000. Dyachenko shoved all in for 2,175,000 and Racener deliberated for a minute but decided to pass this one up.

Zachary Hall opened to 400,000 from the cutoff with Yaroslav Ohulchanskyi calling from the button.

Hall checked on J♥8♥6♣ flop before calling his opponent's bet of 200,000.

Hall, who had 2,600,000 behind, checked the 2♣ turn. Ohulchanskyi fired for 1,600,000, leaving just 150,000 behind.

Hall thought about it for a moment but opted to concede the pot, making the start of day chip leader, the table short stack.

Tim Van Loo opened to 425,000 from early position and was called by Nicholas Gerrity on the button.

Van Loo checked following the 3♥Q♦9♥ flop and then called a bet of 450,000 from Gerrity.

Both players checked through the 6♥ turn to the 9♦ river at which point Van Loo pushed 1,100,000 into the middle. Gerrity wasted little time in calling but mucked after Van Loo showed down A♣Q♣.

Masato Yokosawa opened to 500,000 from the hijack and called when Christopher Kimmel three-bet to 1,350,000 from the button.

Yokosawa check-raised to 3,700,000 on the 8♦4♥3♠ flop after Kimmel continued for 1,800,000. The latter responded with a shove, and before the all-in plaque could reach Kimmel, Yokosawa had folded his cards.

The table has now broken, meaning there are just six tables left in the Main Event.

Maceiras Smacks the Flop to Bust Betito

Juan Maceiras and Liran Betito went heads-up on a board of 8♣3♦3♥10♣ when Betito, in the big blind, got his last 6,000,000 in the middle as Maceiras had him at risk in early position.

Betito showed 9♣6♣ for a flush draw, while Maceiras had flopped trips holding A♣3♣ and had a draw to a higher flush.

The river came the 10♦ and Maceiras earned the knockout as he climbed up to near 40,000,000.
