Martinelli Bets Out Mizrachi

Level 20

Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

"Pick a game where I can go all in, a pot-limit game," Michael Martinelli told Robert Mizrachi as he picked the game for this round.

Martinelli then raised to 40,000 in the cutoff and Mizrachi called on the button, as did big blind Ryutaro Suzuki.

The flop came KQ7. "Let's see if one of you wizards is trapping," Martinelli said as he bet 82,000. Only Mizrachi called.

"Please don't catch up," Martinelli said heading to the 10 turn. He then bet 130,000.

Mizrachi spent a minute in the tank before folding. "Very scary turn for me," Martinelli said as he showed a queen and the nut flush draw.

Level 20
Ben Lamb
Ben Lamb

Badeucey

Ryutaro Suzuki raised in the small blind and Ben Lamb called in the big blind. Suzuki stood pat on the first draw before Lamb drew three cards.

Suzuki made a bet, which Lamb called. Suzuki kept pat again and Lamb drew two.

After another bet from Suzuki, Lamb raised and Suzuki called. Suzuki remained pat on the final draw while Lamb needed one card.

Suzuki checked to Lamb, who fired a bet. Suzuki quickly called and Lamb tabled 5432 for the nut badugi.

Not having looked at his final card yet, he slowly turned over the 7 to also make the nut low and scoop the big pot.

Both players drew one and Bai showed 8-7-6-5. Alexander had 9-7-5-4.

Big O

Sandy Tayi raised to 40,000 under the gun and all three opponents called.

The flop came KK2 and George Alexander bet 75,000. Only Richard Bai called.

The turn was the Q and Alexander checked to Bai, who announced pot for more than Alexander had left.

"Worst card in the deck," Alexander said as he went deep into the tank. David Bach eventually called the clock after nearly five minutes.

Alexander allowed the countdown to reach zero before his hand was declared dead. He flashed a king.

"I had the one hand you didn't want to see," Bai said as he showed 22.

Suzuki Wheels Over Lamb

Level 20
Ben Lamb
Ben Lamb

Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Ben Lamb raised from the button and Ryutaro Suzuki called in the big blind. Suzuki then check-called bets from Lamb on the 42Q flop and 7 turn before the 3 river hit the felt.

The action went check-check and Suzuki turned over A1065 for a rivered wheel and a straight to the seven, the nuts on both ends.

Lamb could not secure even a quarter of the pot and tossed his hand into the muck as another pot was shipped to Suzuki.
