Lewis Powers Up on River

Level 23 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Action picked up on a board showing 5810910 in a battle of the blinds between Andrew Ziskin and WSOP bracelet winner Toby Lewis.

Ziskin, who was in the big blind, had an 80,000 bet on the felt, and was waiting on Lewis to act.

Lewis, who was in the small blind, responded with a healthy 400,000 check-raise, which got Ziskin’s attention.

“How much is that?” Ziskin asked the dealer, who counted the chips and confirmed the amount.

Ziskin then went in the tank for up to a minute, shuffling chips with his right hand while staring at the board. Ziskin then looked at his opponent and folded.

Level 23 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Action picked up on the flop in a hand between Juto Misaka, in middle position and Adam Rothschild, in the big blind.

With about 200,000 in the pot and the board reading 5Q10, Rothschild check-raised all-in over Misaka's continuation-bet of 100,000. Misaka, who had 345,000 behind, made the call putting himself at risk.

Juto Misaka: KK All in
Adam Rothschild: K9

Misaka needed to fade a jack or a heart to stay alive, and he did exactly that when the turn and river came the 9 and 5, respectively.
