Gkatzas Drills Quad Aces

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Dimitrios Gkatzas moved all in from late position for his remaining 735,000.

Action folded to a player in the big blind and he called to put Gkatzas at risk.

Dimitrios Gkatzas: AA All in
Opponent: K9

Gkatzas was well ahead of his opponent and grabbed firm control of the hand after the dealer fanned 4AJ.

Whatever hope his opponent held for a running straight combination to the river were dashed when A appeared on the turn, giving Gkatzas quad aces.

“Put another ace out there,” a player joked to the amusement of the table.

A harmless 3 fell on the river to officially give Gkatzas the much-needed double up.
