Brandon Schwartz suffered through two straight hands he would likely want back.

On the first hand, Schwartz’s A♦K♠ couldn’t overcome Krasimir Yankov’s A♠7♠ when the 7♥ hit the flop.

The result left Schwartz with 1,100,000 and in the big blind on the very next hand when
Mostafa Haidary raised 500,000 on the button.

With 250,000 committed to the ante and 250,000 to his big blind, Schwartz stuck what remained of his chip stack in the middle to call Haidary’s raise.

“Let’s do it,” Schwartz said.

The dealer fanned 3♥8♠J♦ on the flop, giving Haidary a commanding lead. The A♣ on the turn and 6♥ sent Schwartz to the rail.

Schwartz collects $209,606 for his fourth-place finish.

Krasimir Yankov raised to 500,000 from the button. Both Mostafa Haidary and Bernd Gleissner made the call from the blinds.

The flop came 5♣2♦J♦ and both blinds were quick to check. Yankov continued for 500,000 and only Haidary made the call.

While the turn and river came the A♣10♥, both players checked both streets.

Yankov revealed J♠4♠ to best Haidary's 7♣7♥.

A bit of back-and-forth action between Mostafa Haidary and Krasimir Yankov saw Yankov come out on the good end.

Haidary eventually threw a counter punch.

Haidary raised 500,000 on the button, and Yankov called. The dealer fanned 5♥4♦7♥, resulting in Yankov checking. Haidary made the continuation bet of 250,000, which Yankov called.

The Q♥ appeared on the turn, and Yankov checked. Haidary peeked at his cards, and then sized up to 950,000, which drew a call.

The 10♣ showed up on the river, resulting in another check from Yankov. Haidary reached into his chip stack and pushed out a 4,000,000 bet, which drew a quick fold from Yankov.

Mostafa Haidary is starting to push his chip stack around.

One hand in particular saw him bully Krasimir Yankov in a battle of the blinds.

Yankov limped from the small blind, and Haidary checked his option in the big blind.

The dealer fanned 2♦9♣4♥ on the flop, resulting in checks from both players. The 7♠ on the turn, though, brought action after Yankov checked. Haidary responded with a 500,000 bet, which Yankov called.

The 10♣ on the river saw Yankov check again. Haidary leaned forward and peeked at Yankov’s stack, and then moved all in. Yankov immediately folded.
