Kertland Scores Big Double Through Ko

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Jesse Kertland's stack was being counted while the board read Q810510.

Kunal Patni and Petar Kalev relayed the action.

On the flop, David Dongwoo Ko had bet 50,000 from the big blind and Kertland called on the button.

When the turn came. Ko check-raised the 110,000 bet of Kertland to 385,000 and was called.

Richards Screams Loudly

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

While Anthony Zinno was in the process of being eliminated, Carson Richards jumped up from his chair on the table next to it.

His 108 were still showing for a straight on the 49673 board while Ardit Kurshumi was looking at the scene in front of him as the dealer was counting all the stacks. Kurshumi held the 77 for a turned set which wasn't good enough to beat Richards.

After some time, the dealer declared that Richards had him covered, so Kurshumi quickly made his way out of the tournament area.
