Kristen Foxen raised preflop from early position and the big blind called.
The flop of Q♦J♠9♥ saw the big blind check-call a bet of 800 from Foxen.
When the 4♣ appeared on the turn, the big blind led out for 1,400. Foxen called.
The 3♠ on the river saw the big blind lead out for 2,000 and after a few moments, Foxen called. The big blind showed Q♠8♣ for a pair of queens to win the pot.
Seref Anar and his opponent had put in 10,000 chips each preflop when a flop of 9♣6♠7♣ was dealt. His opponent then shoved all in for 16,100 and Anar snap called with the covering stack.
Opponent: A♦A♣
Seref Anar: K♠K♣
It was looking like Anar would be left with crumbs as the Q♦ came on the river, but the K♦ river saw him hit his two-outer and eliminate his opponent from the Main Event.
Christopher Black had raised from early position before Vlada Stojanovic three-bet in middle position. The player in the hijack then made it 12,500 to go, and the action folded back to Black.
Black piled in his stack of 48,900, as well as a candy bar, and got a quick fold from Stojanovic. The hijack needed some more time but eventually let his hand go as well.
