Collopy Commits His Last Chip

In a blind versus blind battle, Jim Collopy put in 150,000 as he left one 1,000 chip behind against Michael Banducci.

The flop came JJJ and Collopy used all his time clock before checking. The floor was called over and a tournament official informed Collopy he would only have 15 seconds on his next decision. Banducci then bet and Collopy didn't wait long before tossing in his last chip.

Collopy's king-kicker was in the lead as the 4 fell on the turn. The river was the Q and Collopy stayed in front to earn the double up.

It was a battle of the blinds on the verge of the bubble with two players to go and Renji Mao raised from the small blind to 22,000 and Calvin Anderson three-bet to 57,000. Mao threw a chip in and announced, "All in" and Anderson called with the smaller stack.

On a flop of 610J with 60,000 already in the pot, Shawn Daniels led out for 10,000 from the small blind, and Justin Liberto called from the big blind.

The turn brought the A, and Daniels turned up the heat with a bet of 55,000. Liberto called again.

The river was the A, and both players checked. Liberto revealed 103 to take down a nice pot with just one pair, while Daniels quickly mucked his cards.

There were roughly 85,000 chips in the pot on a board of 674 and Ryan Plant from under the gun bet 24,000 when the J hit the turn. He was quickly raised by Sam Soverel on the button to 75,000. Plant called.

Both players checked when the 9 fell on the river and Plant showed his hand by mistake as he tabled 88 but could not beat Soverel's KK.
