"You Got It"

Level 8 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

There were roughly 160,000 chips in the pot on a flop of 3K6, Vinny Lingham bet 125,000 from the big blind when the 9 hit the turn and Alex Foxen called from early position.

Lingham slowed down when J was dealt on the river and checked, Foxen fired out a bet of 175,000 and got quickly called. Foxen announced "you got it" and mucked his hand, Lingham tabled K6.

Petrangelo Unrelenting

Level 8 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Nick Petrangelo raised to 28,000 in the cutoff, and only Joao Vieira called, defending his big blind.

Vieira check-called a bet of 20,000 on a J42 flop and check-called again on a flush-completing K turn.

When Vieira checked for a third time on the 4, the aggression from Petrangelo didn't relent. This time, he slid out 250,000, which gave Vieira pause for thought. After a few moments' consideration, he returned his cards to the dealer, and Petrangelo pulled in the pot.

PokerNews' Brad Whitehouse captured a hand on Saturday that might end up being the rarest we'll see all summer at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP). At the very least, the rarest chop pot.

Gus Hansen and Dzmitry Urbanovich battled for a hefty pot on Day 2 in Event #23: $10,000 Seven Card Stud Championship with 35 out of 127 players remaining. The pot ended in a chop, but it left future Poker Hall of Famer Nick Schulman in awe.

"I've never seen that before," Schulman, who has seen nearly everything at the poker table, was overheard saying as he glanced at the tabled cards. "Wow, that's an amazing one."

Winter Sniffs Out the Bluff

Level 9 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

John Kincaid raised to 35,000 in the hijack, and Sean Winter called on the button.

After the players in the blinds folded, the dealer fanned out a 5Q7 flop. Kincaid continued for 40,000, and Winter called.

The turn A checked through, but when the river A was dealt, Kincaid decided to continue his previous aggression. He placed a bet of 75,000, which put Winter into the tank. After using one time bank and telling his opponent he had a good hand, Winter decided to call.

Kincaid flipped over K10, which was no good as Winter had QJ, good for two-pair and ownership of the pot.
