Garagnani Mucks Twice

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

From the big blind, Franciso Fernandez check-called Pedro Garagnani's pot sized bet of 3,000 on a flop of 5J2, leading them to the turn.

The turn 3 dropped, and the same thing happened with Fernandez calling Garagnani's bet of 6,300. On the river 3, both players checked.

Fernandez showed 54 for two pair with the board prompting Garagnani to muck his hand.

On the very next hand, Charles Beggs started the action on the button with a 1,700 bet. Garagnani, in the big blind, called to see the flop.

The flop dropped AKJ, and Garagnani check-called Begg's bet of 1,500. The both checked the turn 9.

Garagnani led with 2,800 on the river 6, which Beggs called. Beggs showed K9 for a turned two pair. Garagnani threw his hand to the muck pile, losing the pot two times in a row.

Michael Marder opened to 1,700 in the hijack and Marc Spitaleri three-bet to 5,000 which saw only Marder call.

The flop rolled out 4410 and Marder check-called a bet of 3,000 from Spitaleri.

On the turn 5, Marder checked over to Spitaleri who bet 8,000 and Marder tossed his hand into the muck.

Carlos Chadha-Villamarin raised from under the gun to 1,600 and found a call from Dmitrii Prusov in the big blind. The flop came Q55, Prusov checked, and Chadha-Villamarin continued for 800. Prusov check-raised to 3,000, and Chadha-Villamarin called.

The turn brought the 3, and now Prusov pushed out a bet of 60,000, which put Chadha-Villamarin all-in, and he called.

Pelcovitz Picks Up from Patel and Comeskey

Ari Pelcovitz opened to 1,600 from under the gun, and Adrian Lopez called from early position. Hitesh Patel called on the button, and both the blinds also defended, with Caitlin Comeskey in the small blind and Brandon Sowers in the big blind.

The Q2A flop was checked by the blinds, and Pelcovitz bet 2,000. Lopez folded, Patel called and Comeskey was the last caller.

Comeskey checked the J turn as did Pelcovitz. Patel bet 4,500 and both remaining players called behind.

The 7 river was checked down, and Comeskey showed KJ for a pair of Jacks. Pelcovitz flipped over AK for aces, and Patel mucked.

Gerloff Catches Toledo Speeding

Delmiro Toledo opened to 2,000 from under the gun and was called by three players. The flop came Q53 and Toledo continued with a bet of 3,500. Martin Gerloff raised to 7,000 in the hijack and only Toledo called.

The turn brought the 10 and Toledo checked to Gerloff who bet 5,000. Toledo check-raised to 13,000 and Gerloff stuck around for the 2 on the river. Toledo splashed in a bet of 20,000 and Gerloff paused for a minute before making the call. Toledo turned over 75 for just a pair of fives and Gerloff held 53 for two pair to scoop the pot.

Nikitin Eliminated by Beinner

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Matthew Beinner raised and then faced the short-stacked all-in of Anatoly Nikitin for 18,100 total. They engaged in some table chat during which Beinner said he may not have a choice.

"I can't really say anything but I would prefer if you didn't gamble," Nikitin replied. A couple seconds later, Beinner called.

The action was joined with roughly 13,000 in the pot and two players looking at a 6510 flop.

Eric Ethans, playing from early position, placed a bet of 6,000, and Connor Rash called in position.

The turn brought the 7, and Ethans slowed down, choosing to check-call a bet of 15,000 from Rash.

Content with the size of the pot, both players checked the 2 river. Ethans flipped over J10, but was promptly informed he was out-kicked, as Rash had A10.

Jumalon River Shove Takes the Pot

Lucas Jumalon opened with a 2,000 bet and went heads-up when Steven Taylor in the big blind called.

The dealer flopped 545 and both players checked.

They also knuckled the 10 turn and on the river 7, Taylor fired 1,200 just to receive an all-in shove from Jumalon for 13,800.

Taylor thought about his options but ultimately folded conceding the pot to Jumalon
