Stephane Roux raised to 20,000 in the cutoff. Yakov Albaz made it 60,000 on the button, after which Mathew Moore three-bet all in, covering both opponents.
Roux quickly called off, prompting Albaz to lay down his holding.

Moore paired his queen on the 3♣6♥K♦Q♥ turn, and the 2♥ river did not bring a jack to save Roux, sending him to the exit.
Three players were still active in the hand with around 500,000 already in the pot. The dealer fanned the flop of J♠J♥10♠ and Adam Krach led out with a bet of 100,000 in the blinds. Joshua Payne deliberated for a minute before letting his hand go. Arthur Peacock, on the other hand, shoved all in from the hijack and Krach instantly called off his stack of 338,000.

The turn brought the 3♠ to give Peacock a flush but the K♣ hit the river which improved Krach to a full house as he fist pumped his way to a double up. After the hand, Payne mentioned that he folded pocket queens, but then also changed his story that he had king-queen suited.
Luka Bojovic and Delmiro Toledo built a pot of around 150,000 as they went heads-up to the A♦5♥A♣ flop. Bojovic then bet 60,000 from middle position and Toledo called in early position.
Bojovic bet another 115,000 on the 3♦ turn and Toledo again called. The river was the 7♣ and Bojovic bet 200,000.
"You wouldn't do that with queens, would you?" Toledo wondered as he took a few minutes to consider the decision. He eventually tossed K♣K♥ into the muck and Bojovic took the pot, later telling Toledo he had A♠K♠.
Hong Zou raised to 20,000 on the button, Arman Bolouri shoved his 210,000 chip stack into the middle from the small blind, Zou went deep into the tank, and eventually made the call.

Great flop for Zou as he flopped a straight on Q♦J♦10♥, the 7♠ on the turn gave Bolouri more outs to win, but the board did not pair on the 4♥ river, and he was eliminated.
Terence Reid kicked the action off from early position with a raise to 20,000. When play folded its way around to Tarmo Tammel in the small blind, he moved all in for 68,000.
Reid requested a count of the all-in stack, and once confirmed, he made the call.

The action flop of 7♦10♥J♥ had something for both players. Middle set for Tammel and a flush draw for Reid.
There was immediate service for Reid on the Q♥ turn, and when the board didn't pair on the 2♠ river, Tammel gathered his belongings and headed towards the exit.
Pavels Spirins kicked things off in middle position. Action folded to Amit Sharma in the big blind, and he made the call.
Sharma checked the J♦7♦2♦ flop, and Spirins continued for 15,000, which Sharma snap-called.
Play repeated on the J♥ turn. Sharma checked, and Spirins fired 65,000 this time, and Sharma made a quick call.
On the 9♣ river, Sharma checked once more, but this time Spirins checked back. Sharma tabled 4♣4♦ for two pair, jacks and fours, which seemed enough as Spirins' cards found the muck.
James Calderaro opened to 22,000 from under the gun, Amritraj Singh called from the button and William Jia defended from the big blind.
The flop came 5♠7♦4♦. Jia led with a 16,000 bet and Calderaro folded Q♣J♣ while Singh called.
Jia continued for 31,000 on the 9♠ turn and Singh called again.
On the 9♣ river Jia checked and Singh bet 102,000. Jia called and showed 10♥7♥ for two pair, nines and sevens. Singh had a bigger two pair with 10♠10♣ to win the pot.
Yinan Zhou opened to 20,000 from middle position and Gareth Devereux shoved for his last 50,000 on the button. It was folded back to Zhou, who called to put Devereux at risk.

Devereux got it in well ahead, but the Q♠J♥2♠ flop gave Devereux a real sweat against Zhou's open-ended straight draw.
The 8♣ turn changed nothing, but the 9♥ river filled Zhou's straight — eliminating Devereux from contention.
