Buckingham Doesn't Miss

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Bruno Furth raised to 100,000 in middle position and Richard Buckingham three-bet to 300,000 in the cutoff. The action folded back to Furth who called to see a flop of Q93.

Furth checked to Buckingham who continued with a bet of 350,000 and Furth called. The turn was the 10 and Furth checked again. Buckingham splashed in a bet of 600,000 and Furth dumped his cards into the muck. Buckingham showed his A8 as it was the last hand before the table broke.

"I don't miss flush draws," Buckingham said.

"You would have stacked me. I had the king-high flush," Daniel Becker said who was in the big blind.

Hynam Scores Knockout of Van Moorsel

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

The chips were in the middle preflop between Mitchell Hynam and Jasper van Moorsel, with Van Moorsel at risk for his tournament life.

Jasper van Moorsel: AQAll in
Mitchell Hynam: AK

The flop gave Van Moorsel a pair, but it gave Hynam a bigger pair as it came QK10.

The 4 turn was relevant to no one, and the 5 on the river was the last card Van Moorsel would see in the tournament as Hynam dragged in his chips.

"Sorry Bro": Ace on River Outs O'Rourke

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Jose Bogarin
Jose Bogarin

Conor O'Rourke was all in for 375,000 against Jose Bogarin, who had him covered.

Conor O'Rourke: 1010 All in
Jose Bogarin: A10

O'Rourke was in great shape to double up as the flop landed 446 and the 6 turn only created some chop possibilities. But the dealer put down the A river to give Bogarin the winner as O'Rourke was sent to the rail in painful fashion.

"Sorry bro," Bogarin said.

Guy Leathley: AJ All in
Sebastian Schulze: AQ

The kicker played on the K92Q5 board to send Leathley to the rail early in the final level of the day.

Carmino Argiero

Carmino Argiero shoved for 555,000 from early position and Jonathan Azoulay called in the big blind.

Carmino Argiero: A4 All in
Jonathan Azoulay: K9

Argiero was looking to double up, and got off to a good start when the A4Q flop hit the baize. The 7 on the river left Azoulay drawing dead, and a meaningless Q filled out the board.

Stearns Turns the Tables on Primerano

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Hartt Stearns
Hartt Stearns

A hand that went well into the last break of the night, Hartt Stearns and Daniele Primerano were heads up in what was an innocent enough pot of 650,000. The board read AK2106 and Stearns checked to the Italian who made an overbet of 880,000.

Stearns check-raised all in for 3,295,000 which put Primerano in a difficult spot. In the tank for nearly five minutes, Primerano tried to get anything he could out of his opponent.

"Give me something," he pleaded. "I've got a big hand. I don't know how I'm going to fold. You just have ace or kings though. You're supposed to have ace-king too."

Stearns sat comfortably quiet in his chair and just gave a little smirk. Primerano eventually announced a call and Stearns turned over QJ for the nut straight to score a massive double up.

Some people really do have all the luck — and the rest of the field in Event #86: $1,000 Mystery Bounty Pot-Limit Omaha at the 2025 World Series of Poker might be thinking just that after Vincent Moscati pulled both of the $100,000 jackpot mystery bounty prizes.

His mother, sister, and friends were all on the rail to celebrate as Moscati cracked open the second six-figure chest on the big screen, completing one of the most incredible back-to-back bounty sweats of the summer.

With $201,500 now locked up in bounty prizes, Moscati has already secured more than the third-place payout of $164,090, and if he finds one of the remaining $25,000 chests, he’ll surpass second place as well.
