Rheem Doubles up. Then Gets Played by Guan

Level 29 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Brendan Keenan raised from under the gun to 320,000, and Chino Rheem moved all in for 500,000, and Keenan made the call.

Rheem apologized for taking too much time on the previous hand, as he is playing for his team and needs to earn the points to reach a certain level.

Chino Rheem: AA All in
Brendan Keenan: A3

Keenan stated, "I think you are good".

The board ran out with 8Q24J, and Rheem's aces were golden.

In a hand shortly after that, Chino Rheem raised to 320,000 from late position, Zhengyu Guan three-bet all in for 1,800,000 effective from the cutoff.

Guan stated with a smile, "I know you are not calling, you have not reached your level yet".

Rheem laughed, "That was gangster, I am not saying another word", as he folded.

Rheem Takes a Dent

Level 29 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Chino Rheem

Michael Fiorenza raised from the cutoff to 350,000, and Chino Rheem called from the big blind.

The flop came 10QK and Rheem checked to Fiorenza, who open-jammed all in for 2,220,000. This sent Rheem deep into the tank and he told the table numerous times that he had a massive hand which he could suck out on Fiorenza with. Eventually, the clock was called, and before time expired, he made the call.

Michael Fiorenza: A8All in
Chino Rheem: K7

So, Rheem was ahead and needed to avoid the X that he thought that he needed to hit to suck out on Fiorenza. The turn was the 6 to send Fiorenza into the lead and leave Rheem drawing dead. The river of the 2 wrapped things up, and Fiorenza was shipped the massive pot.

Stroke of Luck for a Triple

Level 29 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Shawn R Stroke open-jammed on the button, for 500,000 on the dot. Adam Greenlee called from the small blind, and Riku Mieda did the same from the big, for almost half his stack.

With a dry sidepot, action checked through on the Q6A flop, the 5 turn, and the 5 river, too. Stroke showed Q9 for two pair, which was good against Greenlee's inferior two pair with 33 and Mieda's J7

No Snow for Robertson

Level 29 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Joseph Robertson was eliminated in these two sequential hands:

In the first hand, Ilan Bakhar moved all in for 1,005,000 from under the gun, and Joseph Robertson called from the big blind with the bigger stack.

Ilan Bakhar: AJ All in
Joseph Robertson: J3

The board ran out with K6849, and ace high was good for the win.

In the second hand, Robertson moved all in for 1,500,000 from the small blind after Yuan Ding raised from the cutoff to 320,000. Ding made the call.

Joseph Robertson: 88 All in
Yuan Ding: AK

Despite Robertson singing, "Let it snow, let it snow", it did not snow on the board of 94J3A, and a pair of aces was enough to eliminate Robertson.
