Bruno Furth: A10642All in

Lamm Sees Nightmare Turn

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Scott Lamm opened the action with a raise to 45,000 from the cutoff. Casey Hayes announced "pot" from the big blind, and Lamm called the 145,000 bet. Hayes then jammed the 83Q flop and Lamm snap-called for his remaining 160,000.

Scott Lamm: AQJ32 All in
Casey Hayes: AAK64

Lamm had completely outflopped Hayes' aces, with two pair and a nut low draw the hand to beat. However, the case A turn was the absolute worst card in the deck for Lamm, as he was drawing to a chop with no way of cracking his opponent's set. The 7 turn sealed the deal, as Hayes' seven-low pipped Lamm's rivered eight.

Nik Airball Has Won $6 Million on Poker Livestreams Since December 2023

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Nik Airball
Nik Airball

Many poker fans have been critical of Nikhil "Nik Airball" Arcot's game the past few years.

Some think he's a fish, especially after he lost $1 million in little time in a heads-up contest against Matt Berkey at Resorts World in Las Vegas three years ago. But since that one-sided match, Airball has been crushing it, at least on livestreams.

The self-proclaimed "King of LA," according to the HighRollPoker.com database, was down nearly $878,000 on poker livestreams in December 2023. He hasn't since just erased those losses. Airball, after a strong outing this weekend on Hustler Casino Live's High Stakes Live streams at the World Series of Poker (WSOP), is closing in on being the most profitable livestream ring game player ever.

Lindlof Presses Yu

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Steven Lindlof, who was in middle position, raised to 50,000. Ben Yu called from the button.

The flop hit 6JJ. Lindlof bet another 50,000 and Yu called again.

The 3 came on the turn. This time Lindlof shoved all-in with his remaining 175,000 chips.

Yu studied the potential call for three-fourths of his stack for a significant time before folding his hand.

ESPN Runout

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Action was caught with cutoff Tony Cousineau and big blind Casey Hayes heads up to a flop of A23 Both players got all in on the flop, with Hayes covering Cousineau's stack of 115,000.

Tony Cousineau: AQJJ2 All in
Casey Hayes: KK973

With neither player holding a low, Cousineau's top and bottom pair were ahead of Hayes' nut flush draw. The turn 3 propelled Hayes into the lead, only needing to avoid a boat, but the J river meant Cousineau's two pair counted for nothing, with jacks full of threes the hand that would get him over the line. "That's an ESPN runout", commented another player at the table.

Not Meek With His Million

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Jay Kerbel
Jay Kerbel

The action was picked up with the river left to come on a board of 510J9.

Ryan Thoresen and Jay Kerbel, two of the chip leaders with more than 1,000,000 chips each, had just pushed all of their chips into the pot with Kerbel's tournament life resting on the outcome.

Jay Kerbel: A10872All in
Ryan Thoresen: AKQ22

With one card to come, Thoresen had a king-high straight against Kerbel's bottom straight to the jack.

Thoresen asked, "Do you have the flush draw?"

Alas, Kerbel did not. So the 6 on the river was meaningless and Thoresen scooped the biggest pot of the tournament thus far.

Tran Sends Hui Home

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Phillip Hui got his remaining 200,000 into the middle preflop, with Thang Tran also all in to put him at risk.

Phillip Hui: AK1022 All in
Thang Tran: AA873

Hui was tasked with cracking aces, and the 9310 flop gave him a few avenues to do so.

The 4 turn also gave him the nut low draw, but Tran welcomed the 9 river with open arms to scoop and send his opponent packing.
