Coelho Busts Eychenne Out

Heads-up play between Thomas Eychenne in the big blind and Joao Coelho in cutoff was already underway with 400,000 in the pot beside a flop of K6Q.

The dealer peeled the 5 turn and both players checked.

On the river J, Coelho shoved all-in for more than 3,000,000 after action was checked to him. Eychenne, who only had around 100,000 behind, looked up at the ceiling visibly frustrated. He went into the tank mulling over his next move.

He finally made the call and got on his feet ready to leave. He turned his hand over to show J10 which couldn't beat Coelho's flopped pair with AQ.

Hoefer Gets Max from Mhatre

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Players were heads up and on the J5A4 board with Paul Hoefer in the cut off and Abhishek Mhatre in the big blind. The pot stood at around 500,000 and Hofer bet 520,000 and Mhatre called.

The 9 river saw Mhatre check-call a shove from Hoefer for his remaining 910,000, with Hoefer having the best of the board hating flopped a set.

Sabishchenko Tempts Jaka

In a hand that bled three minutes into the break, Rostyslav Sabishchenko raised to 100,000 on the button. Faraz Jaka came along in the big blind.

After the flop hit 288, Sabishchenko bet 50,000. Jaka called.

The turn brought the 9. Both players checked.

The 2 fell on the river, putting two pair on the board.

Sabishchenko bet 100,000.

Jaka thought about it for a bit, but found the small bet suspicious, so he folded.

His suspicions were proven to be accurate when Sabishchenko showed the 2, for a full house.

Jaka told Sabishchenko he had and ace-high, and at first thought Sabishchenko may have had the same, but didn't want to risk event 100,000 chips to find out.

Tamayo and Jacobson Find the Double

Jonathan Tamayo jammed for his last 435,000 from the small blind and Paul Hoefer called from the big blind.

Tamayo stayed ahead on the 6Q2 flop, and improved to a pair of sixes.

Therw was little to sweat on the 5 turn and 7 river, and Tamayo kept his seat.

On the table across Martin Jacobson had just secured a double up after openeing to 375,000 from under the gun. He was faced with a jam from Christopher Vitch in the small blind who covered him by 790,000 and Jacobson called off his remaining stack, putting himself at risk of elimination.

The flop came 335. Spinella check-raised Miscikowski 80,000 bet to 285,000. Miscikowski though for a second before calling to see the turn,

Spinella shoved all-in for 530,000 on the K turn sending Miscikowski to the tank. After a minute, Miscikowski called putting Spinalla's tournament life at risk.
