Daniel Negreanu raised to 21,000 in the hijack, which only Melad Marji called in the big blind.
On a K♥Q♦4♠ flop, Marji checked, Negreanu bet 35,000, and Marji called.
Marji checked again on the Q♠ turn, and Negreanu fired another 42,000 into the pot. Marji wasted no time in folding.
"I almost checked back. I have kings full," Negreanu said as he flashed his K♠K♦. "It was just in case you had a queen," he continued.
With 128 players remaining and 126 making the money, the tournament director has just announced hand-for-hand play will commence until the bubble has burst.
Everyone who survives the bubble will be guaranteed a payout of at least $20,047.
Josh Reichard raised to 28,000 in the hijack and Juha Helppi called on the button. Daniel Hirsh then potted to 116,000 in the big blind, and only Helppi called.
Hirsh then moved all in for 110,000 on the 6♦Q♣J♠ flop. "That's exactly the flop I didn't want. I don't think I'm going to fold, but I don't want to call," Helppi said as he stuck in the chips to put Hirsh at risk.

Hirsh was ahead with his aces, but the 10♥ turn gave Helppi a straight. The river was the 2♥ and Hirsh reached across to shake Helppi's hand before making his exit a few spots off the money.
Chase Crouch limped from early position, Jordan Spurlin limped from the cutoff, and Richie Allen called in the small blind. Danny Tang exercised his option and raised to 40,000 from the big blind. Crouch called and everyone else folded.
Tang checked on the 7♦Q♦J♦ flop and Crouch put a paltry 10,000 into the middle. Tang quickly let his hand go and Crouch was sent the pot.
As the bubble approaches, here is a look at some updated chip counts.
Josh Reichard raised to 28,000 under the gun and Sean Remz called in the big blind.
The flop came A♣A♦4♥ and Reichard continued for 10,000. Remz called, and both players checked the 6♣ turn.
Remz then led out for 15,000 on the A♥ river, and Reichard raised to 90,000. Remz then moved all in. "Too greedy," Reichard said as he tossed K♥K♠ into the muck.
Heads-up on a flop of 7♠9♣J♠, Michael Mizrachi bet 20,000 from early position and called after Joshua Palmer made it 75,000 to go from the hijack.
The 3♣ fell on the turn and Mizrachi announced, "Pot," which was enough to put Palmer all in for his last 128,000. Palmer called and hands were tabled.

Palmer's set was best, and the K♦ river bricked out for Mizrachi, awarding Palmer the double-up and sending Mizrachi to under a million in chips.
Farid Jattin raised to 28,000 in the cutoff and Raj Vohra called on the button. Michael Duek then three-bet to 125,000 from the small blind, and only Jattin called.
Duek then moved all in for 265,000 on the 4♦10♦10♠ flop, and Jattin called.

Duek was ahead with two pair, while Jattin had the nut flush draw. The 3♦ turn gave Jattin his flush, and he secured the pot after the A♣ river to send Duek to the rail.
Giuseppe Pantaleo got his stack of 130,000 all in preflop from the small blind and was at risk versus Toby Joyce on the button.

Pantaleo couldn't hold on to his lead across the 5♦K♠10♦J♠8♦ runout, as Joyce improved to two pair.
Josh Arieh and Daniel Negreanu went to the turn on a board of 7♣4♠6♦8♦ when Negreanu bet 20,000 from the button. Arieh called in the cutoff.
The river was the 10♠ and Negreanu bet another 50,000. Arieh tanked for a minute, but he eventually called. "Ace-ten," Negreanu said, but Arieh showed him K♥K♦Q♥8♠ to win the pot.
