A second 15-minute break of the day is now underway. Play resumes at 3:30 p.m. local time.
Robert Carswell open-jammed all in from early position for 1,305,000 and action folded around to Amanda Salter on the button who announced that she was also all in. The blinds exited stage left sharpish.
Robert Carswell: 10♣10♥
Amanda Salter: A♣A♠
An interesting flop for Carswell of 7♥9♣6♣ which gave him additional straight outs to stay alive. The 8♣ peeled off on the turn and made Carswell his straight to fly into the lead. No miracle for Salter on the 2♠ brick of a river and Carswell was pushed the pot for a double-up
Action folded to Dalton Kincaid in the cutoff, who announced "four million.. uhh, four hundred thousand." Naturally, the floor was called.
The dealer recounted what had happened to the floor, who then called over another colleague for a second opinion. The dealer explained again, to which the floor replied "but he doesn't have four million. So that would put him all in."
After a few seconds passed, the dealer confirmed, "so is he all in?" to which the floor responded in the affirmative.
Action got to big blind Tyler Dietz, who showed what he considered an unplayable hand to the table. Kincaid responded by tabling 9♣9♠
Action folded to Wai Lo in late position who raised to 1,250,000 and left himself 40,000 behind.
Sumit Kumar sat on the button then three-bet all in to isolate and put Lo all in. The blinds folded quickly and Lo made the call for his tournament life.
Wai Lo: Q♦9♦
Sumit Kumar: A♣K♦
A handy flop for Lo came of Q♠6♦2♣ and sent him into the lead. When the 7♦ peeled off on the turn it reduced Kumar's outs and with the river bricking out on the J♥ Lo was pushed the pot for a double-up.
Andrew Peragallo moved all in from the cutoff for 480,000, David Hirst also moved all in for 1,120,000 from the small blind, and Yaroslav Korolev called both bets with the superior stack and hand from the big blind.
Andrew Peragallo: A♥Q♦
David Hirst: A♣6♥
Yaroslav Korolev: A♠K♣
The board brought Hirst the best hand with two pair 10♠3♥2♠6♦3♠, which sent Peragallo to the payout desk and left Korolev with a wounded stack.
Sean Bloom moved all in for 395,000 under the gun. Luis Genel reshoved two seats down, and Sumit Kumar asked for a count from the small blind. The total was 1,770,000, and Kumar called it off.
Sean Bloom: 5♣4♦
Luis Genel: 10♣10♠
Sumit Kumar: A♦Q♠
Bloom picked up an open-ender on the 6♣3♠6♠ flop, but couldn't get there as the 3♥6♦ improved each player to a full house, with Genel's the best of the three.
