Engel paired his four on fifth street and bet his remaining chips, and Schwartz called to put him at risk.
Engel's board left him with two pair, and Schwartz squeezed seventh street, which turned out to be a 10x — leaving Engel best to take down the pot.
Stud Hi-Lo
Matt Grapenthien: 3♥4♥ / 3♦9♣9♥A♦ / K♠
Maxx Coleman: XxXx / 8♥K♥10♠ folded on fifth street
William Kerkaert: XxXx / Q♣4♠K♦7♠ folded on sixth street
Shaun Deeb: 6♥7♣ / 2♠5♠8♠9♠ / 5♣
Alex Foxen gave up a Stud hand against Walter Chambers when the latter bet fifth street with just over one full bet behind. The game then changed to Stud Hi-Lo and Matt Grapenthien completed. Maxx Coleman raised and William Kerkaert reluctantly called, bring-in Shaun Deeb also called and Grapenthien then moved all-in for 115,000 total to receive three calls.
Coleman and Kerkaert checked to Deeb who bet fourth street and they headed to fourth street. Coleman and Kerkaert checked, Deeb bet, Coleman folded and Kerkaert called. On sixth street, Deeb made four open spades and Kerkaert check-folded.
Deeb had no spades in the hole but the nine-high straight already. Grapenthien held two pair and failed to improve, bowing out in 19th place for $50,340.
They played one more hand during which Alex Foxen asked the floor if they could get the full 15-minute break. The floor suggested rock, paper, scissors and Foxen "lost that flip" but folded without any major action happening thereafter.

Shaun Deeb: 4x6x4x / Jx7x8x8x
Alex Foxen: QxJx6x / 2xJx3x3x
Shaun Deeb scooped a hand against Matt Grapenthien when they checked down fifth to seventh street, and then called with a jack when Alex Foxen completed. Foxen bet all the way for the rest of the board with his advantage and Deeb called down with plenty of consideration.
Foxen showed a queen-jack only and Deeb won the pot with his jack-eight, which resulted in a side-eye by the table chip leader.
"I didn't like calling," Deeb told him.
Walter Chambers: Ax6x / 7x7x4xKx / 2x
Shaun Deeb: 3x8x / 7x10x9x10x / Ax
Walter Chambers was then all-in for 105,000 total on third street against Deeb. Despite pairing his sevens, Chambers still had outs, but Deeb improved on seventh street and spiked a low card to survive.
Seven Card Stud

On sixth, Arieh check-called another bet before he led on seventh, sending Pan into the tank. After a minute or so, he flicked in the call, only to be shown the J♦9♦7♦ hole cards of Arieh, who made a flush on seventh to drag a substantial pot.

David Steicke: XxXx / A♣4♥10♦Q♥ / Xx
Yueqi Zhu: XxXx / 3♥8♣2♥6♣ / Xx
Luke Schwartz: XxXx / 6♥J♣J♦6♠ / Xx
David Steicke was all in on fourth street when Yueqi Zhu raised, and Luke Schwartz called behind. Zhu then bet all the way on the rest of the board, which Schwartz reluctantly called down.
Zhu rolled over his 5♥4♠3♠ for the straight and low, while Steicke asked the dealer, "Is that a straight over there?" before he declared, "I have aces up" and showed his A♠10♣9♠.
"Well done... just four-five, easy, eh? I shouldn't chase," Schwartz said in the table chat. He had initially mucked his cards, but the 8♦7♣3♣ were revealed by the dealer due to the all-in showdown.
Zhu scooped it all to reach seven figures while Steicke bowed out in 20th place for the min-cash.

On fifth, Kostritsyn check-called a bet from Schwartz. He then made open aces on sixth and led, Schwartz raised, and Kostritsyn called.
Kostritsyn check-called a final bet on seventh, only to be shown 7♦5♥ in the hole for Schwartz for a straight seven and low, and his last card was the 9♠. Kostritsyn could not salvage half the pot and mucked.
Seven Card Stud
Ari Engel open-completed as the bring-in off a short stack and Luke Schwartz called.
Ari Engel: A♥Q♥ / 2♥10♠9♥A♠ / Xx
Luke Schwartz: 7♠5♣ / 7♥10♦2♠6♥ / Xx
Engel bet on fourth, and his last 5,000 was in the middle on fifth.
Going into the final card, Engel had aces and a flush draw against the sevens of Schwartz, who went first and caught the 6♦ to make two pair.
Engel needed to improve to stay alive, and he found the J♥ on the end to make a flush and double.
Omaha Hi-Lo
Three ways on a flop of J♥4♠J♠, Bryce Yockey checked from the big blind, Arthur Morris checked from the hijack and Matthew Beinner bet from the cutoff. Yockey called all in for his remaining stack and Morris called as well.
Morris check-folded facing another bet from Breinner on the 8♦ turn and a showdown was held.
Bryce Yockey: 7♦5♥5♠4♦
Matthew Beinner: A♥A♠J♣3♣
Yockey would need some help against Beinner's trips, but the 2♠ river bricked out to score Beinner the knockout.
