Level 12 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

With about 450,000 in the pot and the board reading {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{8-Hearts}, Dan Colman bet about 350,000 effective from the small blind and Stefan Schillhabel called all in from the button after some thought.

Colman: {Q-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Schillhabel: {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

The river was the {6-Hearts}, giving Colman a flush to eliminate Schillhabel.

Peters Pays Petrangelo

Level 12 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Two high rollers used to tangling just got in a pot at the table on the edge of the room, where Nick Petrangelo bet 345,000 from the small blind on a completed board of {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Diamonds}. David Peters thought awhile and then dropped in some chips to call, but he couldn't beat {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} for a set.

"Seven Slowed You Down?"

Level 12 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Phil Galfond raised to 55,000 early and called a three-bet to an unknown amount from Antonio Esfandiari a couple of seats over. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Galfond check-called 133,000. He did the same on the {6-Spades} turn for 263,000. On the {7-Spades} river, they both checked and Esfandiari couldn't beat {8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}.

It sounded like he said he should have fired once more as Galfond was sweeping the pot.

"Seven slowed you down?" Galfond said with a smile.

Peters Busts Loeser

Level 12 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante
Manig Loeser
Manig Loeser

Manig Loeser (big blind) got his last chips into the middle against David Peters (button). Loeser was the one at risk but did have the slightly better hand going in.

Manig Loeser: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}
David Peters: {K-Diamonds}{J-Spades}

The board ran out {10-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs}{K-Clubs} and Loeser said his goodbyes as the king on the river crushed him. Peters, meanwhile, is up to 2.8 million and is one of the chip leaders of the tournament.

Level 12 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Byron Kaverman was in the cutoff with a bet of 55,000 in front of him on a {6-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{5-Hearts} flop. Dan Shak had a raise to an unknown amount in front of him with two T100,000 chips in the big blind. Kaverman swept up his old bet and then dropped in 380,000. Shak shoved all in about 10 seconds later, and Kaverman's cards found the muck just as fast.

Schwartz Misses

Level 12 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante
Noah Schwartz
Noah Schwartz

A flop of {10-Hearts}{3-Spades}{4-Hearts} was on the felt, and three players were in there with money in the pot. Simon Lam appeared to have bet 60,000 under the gun, gotten called by Brian Rast on the button, and then gotten shoved on by Noah Schwartz in the big blind for about 180,000. Lam reraised and chased Rast away.

Schwartz had {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for a flush draw and overs, but the jack was dead as Lam held {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}. The turn was a {5-Clubs} and the river a {7-Clubs}, no help to Schwartz.
