Ivey Picks Up Two Pots vs Kisacikoglu

Level 13 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Phil Ivey was just seen raking in a pot with a board reading {6-}{3-}{2-}{j-}{5-}. Ivey bet 500,000 from the big blind on the river and Orpen Kisacikoglu called. Ivey showed {6-Spades}{2-Spades} for two pair and Kisacikoglu mucked.

A couple of hands later, Ivey raised to 250,000 on the button and Kisacikoglu called from the big blind. The flop fell {q-Hearts}{9-Spades}{8-Hearts} and Kisacikoglu check-called a bet of 300,000 from Ivey.

The turn was the {k-Hearts} and both players checked to the {5-Diamonds} on the river. Kisacikoglu fired in a bet of 825,000 and Ivey flicked in a call. Kisacikoglu just sent his cards to the muck and Ivey collected the pot without having to show.

Filatov's Ace-High is Good

Level 13 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Anatoly Filatov raised to 250,000 from the hijack and Sam Grafton three-bet to 800,000 in the cutoff. Action folded back to Filatov who made the call.

They both checked through the {4-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop to the {5-Hearts} on the turn. Filatov check-called the 800,000 bet of Grafton for the {3-Clubs} to complete the board.

Filatov quickly checked and so did Grafton after using a time-bank. Filatov tabled {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for the pair of nines on the board with the ace-kicker and that was enough to claim the pot.

Dominik Nitsche shoved all in for 640,000 in the cutoff and Danny Tang asked for a count from the small blind but decided to fold. Chin Wei Lim on the other hand, wasted no time in making the call from the big blind.

Chin Wei Lim: {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
Dominik Nitsche: {2-Spades}{2-Clubs}

The flop of {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{9-Hearts} put Lim out front with a pair of tens. The turn was the {3-Diamonds} and the river was the {5-Hearts} to eliminate Nitsche from the tournament for the seventh and last time.

"Easy Money!"

Level 13 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Tony G
Tony G

Tony G shoved from the cutoff for 560,000 and Shaun Deeb did the same for more in the small blind. Anatoly Filatov quickly got out of their way.

Tony G: {q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}
Shaun Deeb: {a-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}

"Easy money!" G exclaimed when he saw the cards.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{2-Clubs} for Deeb to flop top pair.

The turn was the {9-Spades} which meant G was drawing dead and he quickly walked out of the tournament area before the {j-Clubs} was dealt on the river.

Negreanu's Top Pair is No Good

Level 13 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Paul Phua raised it up from under the gun and Daniel Negreanu called from the small blind. The flop fell {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and Negreanu jammed all in for around 900,000. Phua quickly called and the cards were on their backs.

Paul Phua: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Daniel Negreanu: {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

Negreanu's pair of jacks was no match for the pocket queens of Phua. The {2-Diamonds} on the turn and the {6-Hearts} on the river would not improve Negreanu as he was eliminated.

Mikita Badziakouski: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Jean-Noel Thorel: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}

The board ran out {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{10-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for Thorel to hold with the higher kicker to eliminate Badziakouski.

Foxen Falls to Thorel

Level 13 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Alex Foxen
Alex Foxen

With most of Alex Foxen's stack into the pot already the board read {8-Spades}{9-Clubs}{k-Clubs}.

Jean-Noel Thorel looked at Foxen's stack and bet enough from the small blind to put Foxen all-in. Foxen called for his last 100,000 from under the gun with {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}. Thorel held {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} though and had flopped a set.

The rest of the board was completed with the {2-Hearts} on the turn and the {10-Spades} on the river for Foxen to be eliminated.

Level 13 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Paul Phua
Paul Phua

Paul Phua raised it up from under the gun and Manig Loeser was next to act. Loeser shoved all in for around 1,800,000 and the action came back to Phua who quickly called.

Paul Phua: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Manig Loeser: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}

It was a classic flip and the flop of {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{6-Hearts} made it even more interesting as Loeser picked up a flush draw. The {2-Spades} on the turn and the {8-Clubs} on the river bricked off and Loeser was eliminated.
