A Late Night Double for Tony Sinishtaj

Level 10 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Tony Sinishtaj
Tony Sinishtaj

A big-stacked player opened for 3,500 from early position and the player in the cutoff called. Sam Soverel came along from the button, as did Tony Sinishtaj in the big blinds, and it was four-way action to a flop of {3-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}.

Sinishtaj checked, the original raiser continued for 7,000, and the player in the cutoff called. Soverel got out of the way and then Sinishtaj check-jammed for 26,000 total. The original raiser called while the player in the cutoff got out of the way.

Tony Sinishtaj: {k-Spades}{4-Spades}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

Sinishtaj was ahead with top pair and he more than doubled after the {6-Hearts} was run out on the turn followed by the {j-Hearts} on the river.

Afriat Coolers Opponent

Eric Afriat
Eric Afriat

Peter Neff opened for 3,500 from the hijack, the button player three-bet jammed for 14,500 and Eric Afriat isolated from the big blind.

Eric Afriat: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}
Opponent: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}

Afriat was well ahead of his opponent and the {10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} runout secured him the pot..

"Do I Have to Show?"

Level 10 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Vanessa Kade
Vanessa Kade

Just before the level went up, we arrived at the table in time to see Vanessa Kade all in for 71,900 from early position with a board reading {q-Hearts}{j-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and about 32,000 in the middle.

Her opponent in the cutoff didn't have much more than that and was in the tank.

Several minutes passed with the player in the cutoff debating what to do. Eventually, he spiked in a call and Kade rolled over the {10-Spades}{9-Spades} for the nuts.

"Do I have to show?" the cutoff asked. The dealer indicated that he was obligated to do so given it was an all-in situation.

"Ace high," the cutoff admitted before sheepishly tabling the {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}.

De Silva Turns the Flush and Gets Paid

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

After no initial preflop raise, four players saw a {3-Spades}{2-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop and action was checked to the hijack who fired out 1,200.

Upeshka De Silva raised to 5,400 from the small blind, Alex Foxen folded from the big blind as did the other player from late position and the hijack called.

The {10-Spades} turn put three spades on the board and action was checked to De Silva who bet 6,200. His opponent called, and then did the same for 10,100 after the {9-Hearts} completed the board on the river.

De Silva rolled over {j-Spades}{4-Spades} for the jack-high flush and it was good enough to win the pot.
