Myriads for Muradi

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
Ilyas Muradi
Ilyas Muradi

Action was picked up on the flop that read {2-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}. Big stack Ilyas Muradi bet 18,000 from middle position. Cherish Andrews called from the cutoff. The third player in the hand folded.

The turn came the {j-Clubs}. Muradi led out again, this time for 37,000. Andrews jammed over the top for about 80,000 and was snap called by Muradi and he showed why as he tabled the {a-Hearts}{a-Spades} which was crushing the {9-}{9-} of Andrews.

The river was the {8-Spades} to end the day and tournament for Andrews, while Muradi upped his stack even more.

McClelland Chippin' Back Up

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Action folded around to the player in the hijack who raised to 7,000 and was called by Jack McClelland on the button, along with Martin Zamani from the big blind.

The {10-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop was checked to the initial raiser who continued for 8,000 and McClelland raised to 19,000. Zamani quickly folded and the initial raiser followed suit.

"You should tell PokerNews what you had" said Zamani. McClelland replied with a smile, "I had aces," and then after words told us he flopped top pair with {a-}{10-}.

John 'Bags" Bagosy Loses Coinflip to Negreanu

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
John Bagosy
John Bagosy

A series of preflop raises saw John 'Bags' Bagosy get his 53,000 stack in the middle and was called by Daniel Negreanu

Daniel Negreanu: {9-}{9-}
John 'Bags' Bagosy: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

Bagosy held two suited overs and added more outs after the {q-}{j-}{4-} gave him a broadway draw but the turn {7-} and the river {3-} were both bricks, ending his tournament.

Ho had the {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} vs the {a-Clubs}{10-Spades} of Hastings.

The flop came {9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{2-Clubs}. The turn was the {7-Hearts} and the river was a hamrless {j-Clubs} to end Hastings' tournament and give Ho a nice boost in chips.

More Updated Chip Counts

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Dardon Felts Tang in Aces Over Kings Clash

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

There was a big preflop all in in progress as the cards were turned over and the dealer was getting ready to run the board out.

Stanley Tang and Osmin Dardon had very close to the same amount in chips but it was Dardon with the massive advantage holding {a-}{a-} vs the {k-}{k-} of Tang.

The flop came {j-}{8-}{4-}, the turn was {9-} and the river another nine. The stacks were counted and Tang got up and walked away as he held fewer chips while Dardon collected a near double-up with the big cooler.

Hinkle Spikes Ace on River to Eliminate Bazeley

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
Jake Bazeley
Jake Bazeley

Jake Bazeley open-jammed for 38,000 from early position and Blair Hinkle looked him up from the cutoff.

Blair Hinkle: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Jake Bazeley: {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}

It was a race with Bazeley keeping the lead after the {q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop hit the felt. Bazeley didn't mind the {5-Hearts} turn but the {a-Clubs} river was a sight for sore eyes as it ended his tournament.
