"Good Raise" or "Raise"
Action folded around to the player on the button, who opened the pot for a raise. The small blind folded and the big blind tossed his cards forward saying "____ raise."
The dealer claims to have heard "Raise" while he argues that he said "Good raise" to the button (indicating that he was folding).
The floor is called over and after talking with the dealer and two other people at the table that heard just plain "raise", he is forced to raise the minimum.
The button then makes a big move, shoving all in for 4,000.
The big blind then went into the tank for several minutes. It is unclear if he had a hand that warranted the tank, or was simply trying to punish the table for making him raise.
Eventually, he let go of his hand. -

A player limps in from middle position and Mohsin "chicagocards" Charania raised to 350 from the high jack. The big blind calls as does the limper.

This is Why You Never Muck Your Hand Before the River
After a jack-high flop, two players are all in. The first player to show flips over pocket aces and his opponent tosses his cards into the muck. The dealer retrieves his card out of the pile and turns over two kings.
The players with aces was furious, saying the cards can not be pulled out, but after a floor person ruled that in an all-in both hands must be shown, the cards stayed out of the muck as the remainder of the hand was played out.
The turn was a complete blank, however....
The river brought a king.
