The PokerGO Tour (PGT) has announced the first half of its 2026 schedule, laying out a packed opening stretch of high-stakes action in Las Vegas. For the first time ever, PokerNews will provide live reporting from the PokerGO Cup, marking another step in the growing collaboration between the two brands.

Beginning in late January, the early months of the 2026 season will feature five key series: the PGT Kickoff, PGT Mixed Games, Super High Roller Bowl: Mixed Games, PokerGO Cup, and the PGT PLO Series at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.

Each series feeds into the tour’s season-long points race, with only the top 40 players on the PGT leaderboard qualifying for the end-of-season PGT Championship.

The 2026 season begins with the PGT Kickoff, a familiar opening stop held inside the PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas. The six-event series features buy-ins ranging from $5,300 to $10,500 and is designed to reward fast starters, with double PGT points awarded for all cashes.

The Kickoff has become an important early measuring stick on the tour, and last year’s edition delivered a strong mix of marquee names as champions.

Andrew Lichtenberger opened the series by winning Event #1 for $117,600, before Patrick Leonard and Masato Yokosawa followed with victories in Events #2 and #3. Fields continued to grow as the week progressed, peaking at 126 entries for Event #4, where Spencer Champlin claimed the title and $157,500.

The series concluded with the $10,100 finale, won by Kristen Foxen for a second consecutive year, who topped a 93-entry field to earn $197,625
