Dawley Pays off Soyza

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Jessica Dawley opened to 35,000 from the hijack and Christopher Soyza called from one seat over in the cutoff. On the flop {A-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}, Dawley continued for 26,000 and Soyza called before the last woman standing in the event fired 38,000 on the {10-Hearts} turn. Again Soyza made the call and Dawley then slowed down on the {A-Clubs} river.

Soyza took a tower of T-5,000 chips and slid it forward, which Dawley then snap-called and mucked once she was shown {A-Spades}{7-Spades} for a full house.

Ronnie Bardah

Christopher Soyza opened for 35,000, Ronnie Bardah bumped it to 103,000 and Soyza shoved all in.

Bardah called off his 460,000-chip stack with the {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and was in good shape versus Soyza's {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}.

The board rolled out {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and it ended with Bardah winning in flush-over-flush fashion to pull up right behind the chip leading Soyza.

Andriamahefa Gives Up River

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Senthilkumar Subramaniam raised to 32,000 from the cutoff and Kevin Andriamahefa flat-called out of the big blind. Both players checked the flop {J-Clubs}{J-Spades}{9-Diamonds} and then, Andriamahefa led the {4-Spades} turn for 50,000. Subramaniam called and faced another bet worth 76,000 on the river.

The Aussie gave it a lot of time before moving all in and Andriamahefa snap-folded to leave himself pretty short.

Christopher Soyza opened under the gun and Octavian Voegele three-bet.

Soyza four-bet shoved huge and Voegele called off for almost 500,000 with the {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}.

He was way ahead of Soyza's {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}, however, the board rolled out {q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{k-Spades}, taking Voegele with it when Soyza made Broadway.

Down to just 13 remaining, Soyza is now the massive chip leader.

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Don Mishra made it 32,000, then snap-called when Noah Novick shipped it in behind for 180,000.

It was Novick racing for his tournament life on the {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} versus Mishra's {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}, losing it when the board rolled out {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{5-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts}.

Bardah Clicks Buttons

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

A rather innocent battle of the blinds picked up speed on the flop {J-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{J-Spades} with Christopher Soyza check-raising to 60,000. Ronnie Bardah then reraised to 102,000 with only 120,000 behind and Soyza eventually let go. "That was the first time I didn't raise the button," Jessica Dawley added.
