Patrick Crivell Eliminated in 20th Place (AUD$60,000)

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Jeff Rossiter - Patrick Crivell
Jeff Rossiter - Patrick Crivell

Action folded around to Jeff Rossiter in the small blind and he moved all in to put the pressure on short stack Patrick Crivell in the big blind. Crivell, with 226,000 left it looked like, called all in.

Patrick Crivell: {7-Diamonds}{K-Spades}
Jeff Rossiter: {J-Hearts}{5-Clubs}

The {2-Spades}{10-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop was harmless for Crivell. The {4-Hearts} on the turn already made things a bit tricky and the the {J-Clubs} on the river sealed the deal. Crivell knocked out of the Aussie Millions Main Event in 20th place, good for 60,000 Australian dollars.

Koray Aldemir raised the button to 42,000 and the small blind quickly got out of the way. Big blind Jeremy Joseph, though, was down to just under 80,000 and moved all in. Aldemir didn't hesitate and called.

Jeremy Joseph: {Q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Koray Aldemir: {A-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}

The {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}{A-Hearts} helped strengthen Aldemir's lead. Joseph was hoping for a king but it wouldn't come. Instead, the {10-Hearts} and {3-Spades} completed the board and Joseph exited in 21st place.

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Crivell: {a-Spades}{4-Diamonds}
Rossiter: {9-Spades}{8-Spades}

Rossiter Takes One From Wright

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Action folded around to Nicholas Wright in the small blind and he bumped it up to 50,000 with Jeff Rossiter making the call from the big blind.

Wright checked the {5-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{a-Clubs} flop over to Rossiter who chose to take control of the hand and fired out a bet of 70,000. Wright thought it over for a minute and then threw in the call.

The {7-Hearts} turn paired the board and brought checks from both players bring the action to the {10-Hearts} river.

Wright checked for the third time and Rossiter reached for chips, firing out a bet of 165,000. Rossiter stared impassively over at Wright who, after maybe a minutes thought, pitched his cards into the muck.
