Litvinov Triples, Kerignard Gains In Big Three-Way Pot

Artem Litvinov Sweating The Board
Artem Litvinov Sweating The Board

The action started with Rumen Nanev opening to 61,000 under the gun. Yorane Kerignard called from the cutoff, leading to Artem Litvinov squeezing all in from the button for 346,000. Action folded back to Nanev who four-bet shoved to isolate.

However, it didn't work as Kerignard snap-called and tabled {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}. Litvinov showed down {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}, while Nanev was well behind with {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}. The board ran out {Q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{9-Hearts} as Litinov took the main pot, Kerignard took the side pot, and Nanev took nothing.

Teichert Takes From Litvinov

Nikolaus Teichert opened to 75,000 under the gun and Artem Litvinov defended his big blind.

The flop came down {Q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and Litvinov check-called 165,000 on the flop from Teichert. The {2-Clubs} turn was checked by both, landing the {A-Clubs} on the river. Litvinov checked and found himself faced with a decision when Teichert moved all in after about 30 seconds.

Litvinov deliberated, but ultimately folded. When he did, he immediately left the table and went toward the rail, not seeing Teichert table {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}.

Rogez Finds a Way to Take More Chips Off Brammer

Chris Brammer's not finding life all that jolly at the moment. He lost another pot to Olivier Rogez and his stack is nearing a the danger level as a result.

He opened to 60,000 from the cut-off and was only called by the Frenchman in the next seat. The flop came {5-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{10-Spades} and Brammer's 125,000 c-bet was called. The turn came {6-Hearts} and Rogez took his time when faced with a 270,000 bet, but called again. Another heart fell with the {k-Hearts} river and both players checked.

Brammer revealed {k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for two-pair but lost out to Rogez's {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for a backdoor four-flush. Rogez is streaking clear at the top of the counts now.
