Half of Kenney's Stack is Gone

Level 5 : 200/500, 500 ante

Bryn Kenney just recently joined the field but has had a rough go of things thus far. Kenney opened to 1,200 from under the gun and Koray Aldemir defended from the big blind.

The flop came {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and Aldemir check-called a bet of 2,000 from Kenney. The turn brought the {q-Clubs} and Aldemir checked again. Kenney bet 4,500 and Aldemir shoved all in, forcing Kenney to quickly muck his cards.

"Punish Him!"

Level 5 : 200/500, 500 ante
Sam Grafton
Sam Grafton

After a raise to 1,200 and a call, Orpen Kisacikoglu three-bet to 7,200 in the small blind. Sam Grafton four-bet shoved all in for over 54,000 and the other two players folded. Kisacikoglu thought for a minute and then made the call for his last 48,300 chips.

Sam Grafton: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Orpen Kisacikoglu: {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}

It was a coin flip but for Grafton, it was a lot more than that. "Punish him!" Grafton shouted at the dealer.

The dealer did just that as the flop came {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{k-Hearts}. By the time the {6-Diamonds} hit the turn, Kisacikoglu was already drawing dead.

"This is a big tournament for me. It's a 25k. Tens is not a good hand!" Grafton continued all in good fun.

Simao Doubles Up on His Second Bullet

Level 5 : 200/500, 500 ante

Joao Simao just took his seat for the second time today after the first bullet did not go so well. After a raise to 1,200 from Michael Addamo, Simao was next to act and three-bet to 3,700. The action folded back to Addamo who called to see a flop of {9-Hearts}{5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}.

Addamo checked to Simao who continued for 2,500 and Adammo called. The turn was the {j-Clubs} and Addamo check-called another bet of 10,500. The river was the {k-Diamonds} and Addamo checked for the third time. Simao tossed in a bet of 13,000 and Addamo check-raised all in. Simao was left with just 20,200 more and he called it off.

Addamo turned over {10-Spades}{9-Spades} but Simao rivered the best hand with {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}.

Boivin Shoves on Teltscher

Level 4 : 200/400, 400 ante
Thomas Boivin
Thomas Boivin

Thomas Boivin opened to 900 and Norbert Szecsi flat-called. Bruno Lopes raised to 4,100. It folded to Mark Teltscher in the big blind who tanked, used a time extension and then four-bet to 12,200.

With the action back on Boivin he moved all in for 98,200. Szecsi and Lopes both folded and then Teltscher asked for a count.

Both tablemates Steve O'Dwyer and Bruno Lopes visibly rolled their eyes; Teltscher had barely 30,000 behind after his four-bet.

"Now you can start the clock," said Teltscher. "I have it but so do you," he said to Boivin at the other end of the table.

He eventually folded. "Nice hand," he said.
