Orpaz Busts Hernandez to Approach 100K

Jorge Aniano Hernandez was all in for around 3,000 and up against Tom Orpaz and Victor Caballero Pinna.

"Can I raise," Orpaz said heading to the flop of {5-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}. He bet and Caballero Pinna immediately folded.

Hernandez showed {10-Hearts}{8-Spades}, but was well behind Orpaz's flopped two pair with {5-Diamonds}{6-Spades}. The board ran out {a-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Orpaz scored the knockout to add to his massive stack.

Henni Spikes the River to Bust Vidal

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Mohamed Henni three-bet to 3,000 from the big blind before professional footballer Aleix Vidal moved all in for 15,500.

Henni called with {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}, but found himself dominated by Vidal's {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}.

Vidal remained ahead as the board came {8-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{6-Spades}, but Henni hit the {a-Diamonds} on the river.

"Yes," he yelled at the sight of the third diamond on the river. Vidal gave his opponent a fist pump before making his way to the exit.

With the blinds at 200/500/500 Hieu Dang opened, from middle position, to 1,300 and got calls from Fabien Ganem and Jack Hardcastle from the button and small blind respectively.

The flop came {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{j-Diamonds} and all three players checked their option to the {7-Hearts} turn. With 4,400 in the pot, Hardcastle checked and Dang bet 3,200 and got quick folds from both opponents.

Three-handed on a flop of {5-Spades}{2-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}, Santiago Soriano raised to 4,000 from the button and only Antonino Venneri called from the big blind.

The turn came the {q-Clubs} and Venneri led out for 2,000. Soriano raised, then called for his last 12,000 when Venneri moved all in.

Venneri showed {5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} for two pair, but Soriano had {2-Spades}{2-Hearts} for the flopped set. The river came the {a-Hearts} and Soriano doubled up.

Sejer Applies Pressure on Furman

PokerNews picked up the action of a hand between Oleg Furman and Martin Sejer, on a board reading {j-Spades}{3-Hearts}{6-Clubs}.

Furman led out 3,000 from the big blind and was called by Sejer in the cut off.

Furman then decided to check the {j-Diamonds} turn and folded to the 4,500 bet of Sejer allowing Sejer to show the {4-Clubs}

Sejer scooped a 13,000 pot, without showdown, and continues to build his stack to around 45,000.

Hu Cracks Tryba's Kings

David Hu raised to 1,000 from under the gun before Grzegorz Tryba re-raised to 2,500 next to act. Nasser Saidani called the three-bet, as did button Fabio Di Blasi.

Hu also called as they went four-handed to the {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}{4-Spades} flop. Tryba continued for 3,200 and Saidani and Di Blasi quickly folded, while Hu stuck around and called.

Both players checked the {j-Spades} turn and {8-Clubs} river. Tryba turned over {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}, but Hu had out-flopped him with {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts} to take the pot.

Goel Catches Ecanvil

Johann Petursson raised to 800 from early position and received four callers, including Joan Sanchez Adell in the cutoff, Mikael Ecanvil on the button, and big blind Apoorva Goel.

The flop came {4-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{2-Spades} and action checked to Sanchez Adell, who bet 1,200. Ecanvil and Goel called while Petursson got out of the way.

The turn was the {5-Hearts} and Ecanvil bet 4,000, which only Goel called. Goel led out for another 4,000 on the {10-Diamonds} river before Ecanvil came back with an all-in shove.

Goel quickly called and Ecanvil immediately mucked his hand before the dealer turned over {a-Spades}{9-Spades}. Goel showed {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades} to take the pot as Ecanvil made his way to the exit.
