Leknes Encounters Little Resistance From Suarez; Webber Calls Down Rascar

Action folded to Tobias Leknes who raised to 325,000 in the small blind. Anton Suarez called in the big blind.

Both players checked the K♠9♥2♠ flop. Leknes then bet 600,000 on the 7♥ turn and Suarez folded.

The next hand, Leknes opened to 125,000 on the button and Suarez again called. The flop came Q♠J♥10♥, Leknes bet 90,000, and Suarez snap-folded.

Yohan Rascar and Joao Webber then went heads-up in a limped pot from the blinds to a flop of A♠8♦K♠. Rascar then led out for 100,000 and Webber called.

The A♥ turn was checked through, and Rascar bet 155,000 on the 9♥ river. Webber called and Rascar showed Q♠6♣, while Webber had Q♥9♣ for two pair to win the pot.

With 5♠5♣, Thomas Eychenne made it 100,000 to go from the button and Sergio Carro Marin three-bet to 350,000 from the big blind holding A♥J♣.

Marin checked on the 10♦9♣Q♦ flop, and Eychenne decided to bet 400,000. Marin called.

Check-check came after the J♥ turn and the 9♥ completed the board. Marin led out for 300,000, which was enough to force Eychenne to fold.

Joao Webber opened the hijack to 100,000 and Jimmy Kebe shoved for 930,000 from the cutoff. Once the action got back to Webber, he confirmed the count and then flicked in the call.

Kebe needed to win the flip to stay alive, but an 8♠ in the window wasn't good news, especially when it was followed by 10♥2♦. Only running cards could save Kebe, but the 2♠ turn left him drawing dead as Webber made a full house.

A Q♠ did fall on the river just to rub a little salt in the wound of Kebe, then he made his way to the exit in 21st.

Kevin Houghton Eliminated in 22nd Place (€46,100)

Kevin Houghton made it 125,000 under the gun before Sergio Carro Marin three-bet to 300,000 out of the hijack. Once it folded back to Houghton, he called to see a flop.

The dealer produced a monotone flop of J♦2♦4♦, which Houghton checked. Marin checked behind and the 9♠ rolled off on the turn. Houghton led out for 250,000 and Marin called.

The 9♣ completed the board and after using a time bank card, Houghton jammed for 545,000. Marin snap-called and was shown A♠J♥ by Houghton for a pair of jacks. Marin had that beat with A♦9♦ for the flopped nut flush, and Houghton was out in 22nd place.

Tobias Leknes raised to 100,000 in the hijack and picked up calls from Yohan Rascar on the button and big blind Jimmy Kebe.

All three players checked the 7♣6♣4♦ flop. Kebe then led out for 175,000 on the 3♥ turn, and only Leknes called.

The river was the Q♥ and Kebe bet another 550,000. Leknes snap-called and Kebe showed K♣10♦ for a bluff, while Leknes had K♠5♠ for a straight to win the pot.

A K♦ appeared on the turn and Brzezinski opted to check-fold after Marin bet 375,000.

On the 3♠K♥4♣ flop, Suarez bet 300,000 and Rascar raised to 850,000. Suarez went into the tank and used a time bank before he announced a raise to 1,400,000. Before he could even get the chips in, Rascar folded.

Rascar Shoves the River on Karatsu

Heads-up on a flop of 9♦6♠7♥, Yohan Rascar bet 125,000 from the hijack and Hiroki Karatsu called in the big blind.

Rascar bet another 250,000 on the Q♦ turn and Karatsu again called. The river was the 4♠ and Karatsu led out for 250,000.

Rascar came back with an all-in shove, sending Karatsu deep into the tank. Karatsu ended up burning through multiple time banks over several minutes until he slid his cards into the muck, saving his last 855,000.

Sergio Carro Marin raised under the gun to 100,000 and Tomasz Brzezinski three-bet out of the hijack to 250,000. When it folded back to Marin, he continued with a call.

A flop of 4♥4♦9♦ came down and Marin check-called a bet of 160,000 from Brzezinski.

Another check came from Marin on the J♠ turn, allowing Brzezinski to fire a second barrel of 420,000. Once again, Marin continued with a call.

An A♥ dropped on the river and both players checked. Marin showed a missed draw with K♦10♦, and lost the pot to Brzezinski's A♣10♠ for a pair of aces.
