Anton Suarez raised A♥K♥ on the button to 150,000 before Yohan Rascar three-bet from the small blind with A♠3♠. After the big blind folded, Suarez put in a four-bet to 1,100,000. Rascar thought for quite some time, then opted to lay his hand down, allowing Suarez to increase his chip lead.

Foggin Bets Big on the River

Youssef Zereg raised to 135,000 in early position, Marc Foggin three-bet to 375,000 in the hijack, and Zereg called.

The flop came K♠8♦4♥ and Foggin continued for 225,000. Zereg called and the K♣ fell on the turn.

Foggin then bet 425,000 and Zereg again called. The 8♠ came on the river and Foggin spent a few moments shuffling around his chips before pushing forward 1,200,000.

Zereg went deep into the tank as a large crowd, including many of the players at the main feature table, gathered around. Zereg ended up burning four time banks before tossing his cards into the muck.

Tomasz Brzezinski raised to 120,000 from the hijack before Alexandros Michas three-bet to 350,000 from the button. When it folded back to Brzezinski, he four-bet jammed, covering Michas. Michas called for his stack of 2,135,000 total and the cards were flipped over.

It was a huge flip for both players, as Michas needed to win it to remain in the tournament, and Brzezinski had to win it or he would be left with under ten big blinds.

Brzezinski took a commanding lead on the 7♦7♠Q♦ flop by improving to a pair of queens. The K♥ turn meant Michas needed one of the two remaining jacks on the river to survive. An A♦ completed the board, and Michas was out in 16th place.

Sergio Carro Marin opened from early position to 225,000 with A♥K♣ and Tobias Leknes three-bet Q♣J♣ from the hijack to 575,000. When it got back to Marin, he called.

Leknes paired his jack on the 8♦J♠2♦ flop, but both checked to see the 10♣ hit the turn. Again they checked it through to the 7♦ river, where Marin used a time bank before he bet 450,000. Leknes wasted no time in calling with his jack, and raked in the pot.
