Andrew Kang raised to 60,000 in the cutoff before Jon Kyte three-bet to 260,000 in the small blind. Kang called and the flop came K♠5♦3♥.
Kyte then bet 150,000, and Kang called. The turn was the 8♣ and Kyte bet another 360,000. Kang quickly folded this time.
"I was like, please don't have pocket eights," Kyte said as he took in the pot.

Jeff Madsen opened to 60,000 in early position and Yusei Iyama three-bet to 150,000 in the hijack. The action was back on Madsen who four-bet shoved all in for around 650,000. Iyama instantly called and the cards were on their backs.

Another classic flip and once again, the pocket queens held up on the J♦7♣4♣8♣4♦ runout to eliminate Madsen. With Ryan Franklin being eliminated during the same hand during the soft hand-for-hand process, the players chopped the payouts and will each receive $7,595.

Nikolai Mamut raised to 60,000 in the cutoff before Ryan Franklin reraised to 500,000 on the button, leaving 10,000 behind. Mamut then moved all in, and Franklin called for his last chips.

Franklin caught the A♣ right in the window, but it was followed by Q♦J♠ as Mamut made a set. The rest of the board ran out 8♦2♦ and Franklin was eliminated.
Jeff Madsen was also eliminated at the same time at the other table, and they chopped 16th and 15th place.

The action folded to Nikolai Mamut on the button who splashed in a raise to 500,000. Stephen Song called off his stack of 425,000 in the small blind and the big blind quickly folded.

Iyama then bet 75,000 and Madsen called. Both players checked the 6♠ turn, and Madsen also checked the 2♥ river. Iyama then moved all in, and Madsen quickly folded for his last 650,000.

Robert Van Hoose raised to 60,000 in the hijack and Terrance Reid called in the small blind. Toby Lewis then moved all in from the big blind, Van Hoose called for 700,000, while Reid got out of the way.

Van Hoose had Lewis dominated and was poised for a double up until the flop brought Q♠2♣2♦, giving Lewis two pair and the lead. Van Hoose picked up a flush draw on the 6♦ turn, but he missed the 5♠ river and was sent to the rail in 18th place.
"The rich get richer," Van Hoose said on his way to the exit.

Sepiol came back with an all-in shove for around 2,000,000, and Kyte let out a deep sigh as he took a few peeks back at his cards before sending them into the muck.
