During the last minutes of Level 9, Shaul Shay Meir got it in with from the small blind against a player with in the big blind. The board didn't come higher than a ten to move Meir up to over 100,000.
On a flop Franck Calonneec checked to his opponent Nicusor Enache who bet 4,500. Calonneec then raised to 11,000 and Enache snap-three-bet all-in, covering his opponent.
There was a bit of back-and-forth between the two players, before Calonneec eventually called. Both players seemed reluctant to show their cards.
Enache turned over and Calonneec . Both players went on to make a flush with the and coming on the turn and river respectively, but Calonneec's flush was better and he doubled up to around 80,000 in chips.
After an raise from under the gun to 2,200, no less than five players called to see the flop fall. Omer Azulay, to the left of the initial raiser, bet 10,000, Lorenz Kolb called on the button, and Tamas Kabatnic called from the big blind.
On the turn, both Kabatnic and Azulay checked. Kolb moved in for 37,500 total, Kabatnic shoved as well, and Azulay folded.
Lorenz Kolb:
Tamas Kabatnic:
Kolb was drawing dead with top pair top kicker against Kabatnic's turned straight, making the river meaningless. With the substantial pot, Kabatnic moved up to well over 200,000 in chips and is the presumable chipleader.
Adrian Veghinas shoved 7,000 from under the gun. Mihai Prisacariu missed the shoved and raised to 2,200 from middle position. When pointed towards the earlier shove, Prisacariu shrugged and called immediately.
Action folded to Danut Dumitrascu in the big blind, who considered the earlier action. Eventually, he decided on shoving all in, putting Prisacariu to the test for his remaining 40,000. Prisacariu snap-called to create a pot of over 100,000.
Adrian Veghinas:
Danut Dumitrascu:
Mihai Prisacariu:
The flop gave Prisacariu a commanding lead, and he doubled up after the turn and river. Veghinas finished third and was eliminated.
Danut Dinca raised to 3,000 from the hijack and Aldo Monteleone three-bet to 8,400 from the small blind. Dinca called and the flop came .
Monteleone continued for 8,000 and Dinca quickly raised to 19,000. Monteleone wasted near to no time three-betting all in for around 40,000 and Dinca called.
Getting to his feet Monteleone the Italian was already grumbling about something, and that something was revealed to be the he had shoved with, straight into the of Dinca.
The turn and river didn't help Monteleone and, still grumbling, he collected his things and headed to the exit.
