Wang Shoves Out Lipauka

Level 22 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Yang Wang raised to 550,000 in middle position and Vadzim Lipauka three-bet to 1,800,000 in the cutoff. Wang called and they went heads-up to the K84 flop.

Lipauka then continued for 1,050,000 and Wang called. The turn was the 6 and Lipauka bet another 3,000,000.

Wang used a time bank before announcing all in and Lipauka, who had around 3,500,000 remaining, quickly folded.

Cooler Potential for Hissou

Level 22 : Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Sirzat Hissou opened in the hijack and only Troy Quenneville came along from the small blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of A32, and Quenneville check-called a bet of 500,000.

Both players checked on the K turn and the 5 river. Quenneville tabled AK for top two, and Hissou rolled AA for top set.

"Wow, I'm glad I didn't three-bet!" Quenneville noted as Hissou pulled in the pot.

Rudolph Shines Bright

Level 22 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Christian Rudolph opened to 500,000 from under the gun and Paulius Vaitiekunas three-bet to 2,425,000 from the small blind, leaving just a single big blind behind. Rudolph reraised and Vaitiekunas quickly called it off.

Paulius Vaitiekunas: QQAll in
Christian Rudolph: AJ

The flop came KJ3 to give Rudolph a pair of jacks but Vaitiekunas was still out front with his pair of queens. However, the J on the turn improved Rudolph to trips and Vaitiekunas was eliminated on the 4 river.

Carey Cracks Hu's Aces

Level 23 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Three-handed on a flop of KQ10, Chris Klodnicki bet 600,000 from under the gun and Zhewen Hu moved all in for 1,975,000 on the button. Justin Carey called in the big blind, while Klodnicki also called.

Carey and Klodnicki checked down the 10 turn and 5 river. Hu turned over AA, but Carey showed 74 for a flopped flush. Klodnicki tossed KQ into the muck while Carey scooped the pot to send Hu to the rail.

Big Raise from Eibinger

Level 23 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Two players saw the K629 turn and Rodrigo Selouan led for 850,000 into the pot of about 3,400,000. Matthias Eibinger went into the tank, using exactly 29 seconds before sliding a raise of 5,000,000 across the line. Selouan took a few moments before deciding not to put his tournament life on the life.

Team Unlucky: Moneymaker Goes Runner-Runner to Bust Glantz

Level 23 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Chris Moneymaker
Chris Moneymaker

Chris Moneymaker opened to 600,000 in middle position and Matt Glantz three-bet jammed a stack of 1,950,000 from the small blind. Moneymaker called.

Matt Glantz: 1010 All in
Chris Moneymaker: 98

Glantz was in great shape with an overpair to Moneymaker's undercards, but the flop of 793 gave Moneymaker some hope. The 6 turn gave Moneymaker an open-ended straight draw and the 10 river gave Glantz a meaningless set as Moneymaker made the straight.

Glantz is a member of Team Lucky, pulled a million-dollar bounty at the 2022 WSOP and finished fourth in last year's Paradise Main Event for $685,000. Unfortunately, his luck has run out in the Super Main Event.
