Cole Out

Daniel Alaei raised from middle position with William Cole making the call. They saw a flop of {Q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{2-Clubs} and Alaei checked before raising over the bet from Cole.

Cole decided to reraise once again and commit his last chips with Alaei making the call.

Cole: {A-Spades}{K-Spades}
Alaei: {Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}

The turn was the {10-Hearts} to give Cole more outs but the river was the {8-Spades} and Alaei takes the pot to eliminate Cole from the tournament.

Boeken Can't Win With A-Q

Nick Frangos got it in with {A-?} {Q-?} against Noah Boeken holding... {A-?} {Q-?}. Chop chop for Frangos' tournament life.

A few hands later Boeken got his last in with {A-?} {Q-?} -- only to find Chad Brown holding {A-?} {Q-?} too. Boeken remains in, although can't quite seem to make it over the 30,000 mark.

Deeb Takes One From Alaei

Shaun Deeb raised from early position before Daniel Alaei re-raised from the button. The blinds folded and Alaei made the call.

The flop was {5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{6-Hearts} and Deeb checked to Alaei who fired a bet. Deeb made the call. The turn brought the {10-Clubs} and again Deeb checked, and called the bet from Alaei. The river was the {A-Hearts} which slowed both players to check it down.

Deeb showed {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} for the best hand to scoop the pot as Alaei mucked. Deeb is back to about 80,000 chips.

Hot Dutch-On-Dutch Action; Everybody Wins

Here's a silly hand.

Lex Veldhuis raised fromt he cutoff and Noah Boeken reraised from the button. It folded back to Veldhuis who called, and they saw a flop.

Flop: {2-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds}

Veldhuis checked, Boeken bet, and Veldhuis called.

Turn: {8-Diamonds}

Hmm, another diamond. CHeck, check.

River: {3-Diamonds}

Wow, highest diamond wins. Veldhuis bet out and Boeken disappeared into the tank. When he came out again, he called.

Announced Veldhuis: "Flush." Said Boeken: "Yeah, I play the board too." Mirth all round and a chop.

Veldhuis: {K-Hearts} {4-Spades}
Boeken: {A-Spades} {9-Spades}

Seidel Still Alive

Erik Seidel managed to get all but 1,200 of his chips in preflop with {Q-Spades}{J-Hearts} against Mimi Tran's {A-Clubs} {6-Clubs} and the rest went in on the {6-Diamonds} {6-Hearts} {9-Clubs} flop -- not looking good there.

But...

Turn: {10-Diamonds}

River: {8-Diamonds}

Seidel doubles to 25,000. "I'm alive still!" said a cheerful Seidel. Replied Howard Lederer: "I'm gonna enjoy it when you bust in 23rd place at like 1am."
