Son Takes Stecher Out

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Arianna Son opened from early position to 26,000, her neighbor called and Jerry Stecher moved all-in for roughly 280,000 . The action folded back to Son and she shipped the rest of her chips in the middle and the third player mucked his cards.

Arianna Son: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Jerry Stecher: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The board ran out {q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}, and Son avoided doubling Stecher up.

Zack Check-Raise-Folds

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Dan Zack was in the big blind, competing against a player on his left with {4-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{9-Spades} on the flop. Zack checked, his opponent fired 28,000, and Zack raised to 76,000.

Zack's opponent, however, spiced it even more as he cut out a chunk of chips and then three-bet to 198,000. Zack figured out it was about time to waive the white flag.

Sinclair Rivers Top Two

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Jack Sinclar check-called 28,000 in the cutoff with the flop reading {5-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}. He check-called another 38,000 on the {7-Spades} turn before his opponent checked back the {8-Diamonds} river. Sinclair tabled {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and his neighbor tapped the felt before mucking his hand.

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Stecher Eliminates Kade

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Jerry Stecher raised 35,000 from early position and Vanessa Kade moved all-in for 137,000. Strecher called quickly and the hands were tabled.

Jerry Stecher: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Vanessa Kade: {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}

The dealer fanned a flop of {7-Spades}{3-Hearts}{5-Hearts}, changing nothing, the turn was the {6-Spades}, giving Kade some hope with an open-ended straight draw. Unfortunately for Kade the river was the {q-Clubs} improving Stecher to a set of queens and busting her from the tournament.

Dubini Gets Paid

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

The action folded around to Richard Dubini on the button, he raised to 20,000 and the big blind defended.

The action got checked to the river on a board of {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{8-Clubs}, and the big blind check-called Dubini's bet of 50,000. Dubini showed {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and added to his chip stack.
