Choi Backs Down to Admon's Shove

On a flop of {3-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades}, a player in the lojack checked to Susan Choi, who bet 5,000. Salin Admon then raised to 12,000 and action folded back to Choi, who called.

Both players checked on the {6-Hearts} turn; however, Choi led out for 15,000 on the {6-Clubs} river.

Admon thought for a bit and then shoved for 41,400 total.

"I have a six," Choi said.

"A six would have already called," Admon responded.

"I put you on ace-four," Choi said back.

Choi decided to fold and Admon took down the pot.

Ross Wins Small One Off Greenwood

Eli Ross opened to 1,000 in early position and Sam Greenwood defended out of the big blind.

Greenwood checked on the on the flop of {9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{10-Clubs} and folded without a fight when Ross continued with a bet of 1,000.

Tauber Busts Brinkenhoff

Picking up the action on the {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{a-Spades} turn, the action checked to Joe Tauber and he bet 15,000. Michael Brinkenhoff called on the button and the third player in the hand tank-called. The {9-Hearts} river was checked to Brinkenhoff, who jammed for 42,100. His all-in amount was asked upon as the third player folded while Tauber quickly called.

"Do you have king-ten?" Tauber asked and Brinkenhoff instantly replied "no I don't" before rolling over the {k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for a bluff. Tauber had that beat with {a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and scored the knockout.

Choi Still Pushing the Pace

Karatsu Takes from Wylkerson

In a raised pot with the flop showing {10-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{3-Clubs}, Dylan Wylkerson check-called a bet worth 2,100 from Hiroki Karatsu. A {4-Spades} appeared on the turn and Karatsu sent another bet for 4,400. Wylkerson looked at his cards once more and sent them into the muck.

Whyte Raises it Away from Smith

Dusti Smith raised under the gun to 1,100 and Robert Whyte, Jesse Capps and Howard Mash all called.

Mash checked smoke as the dealer fanned a flop of {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{9-Spades} and Smith continued for 2,700. Whyte made the call and both Capps and Mash folded.

The {5-Hearts} fell on the turn and Smith fired a bet of 6,400 into the middle. Whyte paused for a moment and raised to 16,800 which forced Smith to surrender the pot.

Miles Let it Go

Tony Miles called from the hijack after a player opened for 900. The flop fell {4-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and after some thinking, Miles called another bet from his opponent for 1,500.

A {4-Diamonds} paired the board on the turn and this time Miles quickly folded after a bet worth 1,900.

Petit Triples Up

Rosalie Petit was all in from early position on the turn as the board read {4-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{6-Clubs} with three players in the hand. She got called by a player in middle position. The cutoff, Matthew Stahler then raised to 40,000. The middle position player thought a while before he folded to make it a heads up pot with Petit at risk.

Petit was ahead and in a great spot to triple up. The river was the {k-Diamonds} as she confirmed her triple as a crew of people watching her celebrated.
