Dardon Calls Aoki

Level 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

With 4,500 in the pot and {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} on the board, Mikiyo Aoki bet 6,500 from early position. Belgica Dardon called from the next seat over.

Aoki turned over the missed club draw {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and Dardon tabled {q-Clubs}{8-Spades} for queens and eights to drag the pot.

Dardon has been chipping up and Aoki is looking for traction after falling behind from an earlier run.

Hartje Doubles With Two-Pair

Level 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

Three players were in a hand with the board reading {6-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}. Amanda Botfeld bet 2,000, Colby Hartje raised all in for 13,800. The third player in the hand called the all in and Botfeld folded.

Hartje showed the {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for two-pair while his opponent reluctantly tabled the {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}.

The board stayed clean for the double up as the {9-Hearts} came on the turn and the {4-Spades} on the river.

Elias Gutierrez

Terry Lunder raised to 1,200 and was called by one opponent. Elias Gutierrez then three-bet to 5,000 on the button for Lunder and the third player in the hand to call. Lunder led all the way on the {j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop for 2,000, the {q-Diamonds} turn for 3,500 and the {3-Spades} river for 5,000.

Gutierrez was the only one to call all three bets and his {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs} prevailed, as Lunder only tabled the {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}.

Kim Jams Into Winters

Level 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

Picking up the action on the {5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades}{q-Diamonds} turn, the action was checked by Soo Jo Kim out of the blinds and he then faced a bet worth 3,300 and two calls. Kim check-raised to 14,300 and the turn bettor folded while Tammy Winters came along. On the {3-Clubs} river, Kim jammed near instantly for 31,400 and Winters folded after approximately 10 seconds.

Chen Calls Maor Down

Level 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

Daniel Maor opened to 1,100 from early position and was called by Sam Abernathy in the small blind and Pete Chen in the big.

It was checked to Maor on the {8-Spades}{j-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} flop and he bet 1,800. Only Chen called.

Maor bet 6,000 after being checked to on the {3-Hearts} turn and Chen again called.

The {5-Diamonds} completed the board and Chen checked once more to Maor, who fired 18,500 into the middle.

Chen contemplated his decision for some time before eventually placing calling chips into the middle.

Maor tabled {a-Hearts}{j-Spades} for top two pair and Chen mucked — conceding the pot to Maor.
