Gamble Check-Raises

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

The cutoff raised to 600 and Nathan Gamble called from the big blind.

The flop was {4-Clubs}{3-Spades}{j-Spades}. Gamble checked and the cutoff bet 1,000.

Gamble thought for a moment and cut out chips for a raise to 3,400. The cutoff folded without much hesitation and Gamble dragged an early pot at one of the toughest tables in the room.

Feldman Receives Gift

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

At Daniel Negreanu's table, Ross Feldman was stacking his new winnings with a player was walking out the door.

Feldman's {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} was showing as the winner on a board of {6-}{k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{9-}{q-Hearts} for quads as the losing hand was the {4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}.

The player who was eliminated had apparently not wanted to be seated at the same table as Negreanu and had made a request to be given a new seat, which was not possible.

However, his main event was over quick enough as according to the table, he had jammed all in on the turn which Feldman was more than happy to call with his monster to send the vanquished opponent on his way.

Nines Are Good For Hunichen

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante
Chris Hunichen
Chris Hunichen

Action picked up on the turn between Chris Hunichen and an opponent out of position. With 8,300 in the pot the opponent bet 4,000. Hunichen thought about it briefly before he called and the two of them took a river.

The river came out a {5-Diamonds} and the action checked through. The opponent verbally declared "ace high," and Hunichen turned over {9-Clubs}{9-Spades} for nines and fives which was good for the pot.

Cao Sends One Out

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Yiming Cao was being pushed a massive pot after busting a player and filled in the details.

According to Cao, he and an opponent went heads-up to a {7-}{5-}{3-} flop with two clubs. Cao called a bet of 5,000 to see an {8-} fall on the turn. His opponent jammed all in for around 50,000 and Cao called with {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for top two pair and a flush draw. His opponent had {6-}{6-}.

The river came the {q-Clubs}, making Cao's flush and knocking out his opponent early on Day 1e. Cao made it up for the busted player by paying for the massage that abruptly came to an end.

Mizrachi Sits Down

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Robert Mizrachi sat down in the orange section of the Amazon room. Just after he sat down in the big blind, action folded around to the button, who tossed his hand into the muck followed by the small blind doing the same, giving Mizrachi a walk for his first hand at the table.
