Field Binks River to Double Through Rigby

Level 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Joshua Field moved all in for 1,330,000 from the button. Nicholas Rigby called in the big blind.

Joshua Field: {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}
Nicholas Rigby: {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

The dealer waited for the go-ahead before spreading the {8-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{8-Spades} flop. The turn was the {9-Spades}. And the river saved Field's tournament life as the {a-Clubs} came off to double through Rigby.

Kiriopoulos Doubles Through Walton

Level 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Ramon Colillas raised to 200,000 and Adam Walton called. Out of the big blind, Demosthenes Kiriopoulos three-bet to 1,200,000 while keeping one T-5,000 chip behind. Colillas folded and Walton called as Kiriopoulos already exposed his {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}. The floor was called and the hand was live as the flop came {q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Spades}.

Kiriopoulos then moved all-in and Walton called with the {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}. The {7-Diamonds} turn gave Kiriopoulos a set and the {a-Hearts} river failed to complete the four-card flush for Walton as Kiriopoulos doubled.

Morgan Wins Clash of Short Stacks, Eliminates Dzivielevski

Level 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Yuri Dzivielevski
Yuri Dzivielevski

Both Yuri Dzivielevski and John Morgan were seated in the blinds and short to start the hand with. It folded to the Brazilian crusher, he moved all-in from the small blind and received a call from the businessman.

Yuri Dzivielevski: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}
John Morgan: {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}

"Oh, you got a real hand!" Morgan exclaimed.

The door card was the {a-Clubs}, but followed by the {6-Hearts} and {5-Hearts} to give Morgan a flush draw. The {9-Hearts} on the turn completed it, rendering the {6-Spades} river a mere formality.

Morgan mentioned after the hand he had a mere three chips just a short while ago but is now up to about twenty big blinds again.

Oliver Scores a Timely Double Up Before the Break

Level 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Jack Oliver
Jack Oliver

Three players saw a flop of {7-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and John Morgan started the action frenzy with a bet of 200,000 from the big blind. Alireza Amiri raised to 725,000 on his left and Jack Oliver pushed all in for 1,540,000 in the cutoff. Morgan got out of the way but Amiri snap-called to put Oliver at risk.

Jack Oliver: {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs}
Alireza Amiri: {5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}

Amiri flopped a straight with the flush draw but Oliver held a pair with a better flush draw. The {2-Clubs} on the turn gave Oliver the nut flush and he blocked both of Amiri's straight flush outs, leaving him drawing dead to the {2-Spades} on the river.
