Following a successful Grand Prix Turbo Series Montreal earlier this month, Global Poker announced that it will run the Summer Series IV right in time for all of the summer's poker action.
The Summer Series IV will take place June 26-July 9 and will feature several Gold and Sweeps Coins events. The series will have GC 630,000,000 in total prizes guaranteed and 28 Gold Coin trophies and SC 1,260,000 in total prizes guaranteed and 28 Sweeps Coin trophies.
The biggest draw of the series will be the GC and SC Main Events on July 9, which will feature respective guarantees of GC 630,000,000 and SC 1,260,000 across four events. The Prog Bounty, Super Deep Main Events will kicks things off before the regular Super Deep Main Events later in the evening.
Players are now on a 15 minute break. They will return to blinds of 20,000 and 40,000 with a 40,000 big blind ante.
The cards were already tabled with Riva Arthur holding A♠J♠ and being at risk for her last 205,000, against Mnatsakanian Vanush who held K♠Q♣.
Arthur had the best starting hand but the first four cards brought J♥10♠7♥A♣, giving a straight to Vanush.
Arthur stood her from her chair but an A♦ showed up on the river to give her a full house and double her stack.
Samuel Ronalds stuck his last 10,000 in on the button. The small blind raised to 135,000 and the big blind, Osman Ihlamur, reraised to about 450,000. The small blind folded to go to showdown.

After a raise to 60,000, Scott Hardie shoved all in for 525,000 from the cutoff. Aaron Flores reshoved from the big blind for 505,000 total and the third player got out of the way.
