Big blind Juliana Vidal reraised Quan Qiu's cutoff raise to 8,500. Qiu then but in a four-bet to put Vidal all in, and she beat him into the pot.
Juliana Vidal: A♠A♣
Quan Qiu: K♠K♣
With Qiu's suits blocked, he would need a king or a straight runout to bust Vidal. He got neither on a clean 4♠3♠Q♠6♣10♣. Vidal had doubled up to stay alive, and Qiu's large stack took a hit.
Action was picked up on the river with the board reading 6♦Q♣J♣A♦10♣. With about 42,000 in the pot, a player in early position checked and Erik Bystrom bet 12,000, receiving a call from his opponent.
Bystrom tabled 5♣4♣ for a small flush that he was able to hit on the river to add more chips to his already impressive stack.
A player in early position opened for 2,200 and only Espen Jorstad made the call in the cutoff.
The flop fanned out 7♣6♥3♦ and the initial raiser checked to Jorstad who tossed out a bet of 2,200, which his opponent called.
On the J♦ turn and again on the J♣ river the action checked through. The early position player tabled A♥10♥ for ace-high, but was no good against the 2♥2♦ for Jorstad to take the pot.
Shota Nakanishi and Ian Steinman went heads-up to the turn on a board of 8♠3♥7♣10♥ when Nakanishi, in the small blind, led out for 2,400.
Steinman called to see the 10♠ river, where Nakanishi fired out another 6,000. Steinman quickly called and Nakanishi showed 8♦6♦ for two pair. Steinman mucked and Nakanishi took the pot to add to his big stack.
Two players remained in the pot as the board read K♦5♣8♥9♥. Sung Lee checked from the small blind, prompting Jordan Ramirez to bet out for 6,100 from the cutoff. Lee responded with a check-raise to 36,000 and Ramirez called.
The river fell the 7♥ and Lee slowed down. Ramirez bet out for 36,000 and Lee almost beat him into the pot.
Ramirez tabled A♥Q♥ having gone runner-runner to make the nut flush, claiming him this pot.
The board Q♥8♣10♣3♠8♠ was already dealt when Rittie Chuaprasert checked to Yang Zhang who bet 5,000. Chuaprasert replied with a raise to 15,000 and after a long thinking, Zhang let it go.
Three ways to the 10♠7♥3♦ flop, Anthony Reategui faced a bet of 3,500 by Abu Hamza Bin Khalek and made it 10,000 to go in the hijack. Bin Khalek then inquired about the stack size of his opponent, who had built a tower of mostly small chips, and reraised to 32,500.
That was enough to win the pot right there without any further resistance.
