Stewart Takes From Saout

After an open to 60,000 by a player in middle position, Antoine Saout called from the button, and Casey Stewart defended from the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of 8♣10♠6♠, and everybody checked to Saout who bet 75,000. Stewart then check-raised to 190,000 and made the third player fold. Saout eventually called.

Both players checked the A♠ turn leading to the 3♠ river where Stewart bet 155,000. Saout went deep into the tank, but chose to fold.

David Melius raised to 60,000 and then called a three-bet to 180,000 by Danielle Andersen, after which both checked the Q♥9♥4♦ flop. The 2♣ turn was checked as well and the A♠ fell on the river. Melius checked, Andersen bet 140,000 and was instantly called.

Andersen showed the A♦K♥ and Melius chopped with the A♥K♠.

Young Ko managed to almost triple up his stack after getting it in against two players with the nuts.

On a board of 4♦3♥5♣8♠9♦, all the chips were in the middle with Ko having tabled 7♣6♣ for a straight. Angel Castro had rivered a set of nines holding 9♥9♣ and the under-the-gun player held J♥J♣, which finished third in the hand.

Ponakovs Snaps Off Weng

Bin Weng raised to 60,000 in the hijack before Aleksejs Ponakovs three-bet to 200,000 in the cutoff.

Weng asked the dealer how much Ponakovs' raise was for and the dealer went to toss him the all-in chip. "I said how much is it," Weng said to a round of laughs from the table.

The dealer confirmed Ponakovs' raise before Weng moved all in for real this time, shoving his last 700,000 into the middle. Ponakovs snap-called.

Weng found himself dominated as the A♣6♥5♥ flop gave both players top pair. The rest of the board came 6♠Q♦ and Ponakovs' king-kicker played to send Weng to the rail.

Guillermo Sanchez Otero and Robert Renaud were heads-up on a board of 5♥K♠A♥3♣ with several hundred thousand already in the middle.

Renaud called a 320,000 bet from Otero on the turn and then both players checked down on the K♣ river.

Otero showed 5♦6♦ for kings and fives, but they were no good against Renaud's A♦Q♦ for aces and kings to send Renaud the pot.

Iaron Lightbourne opened on the button and then called a three-bet from Dong Lee out of the big blind.

Lee checked following the 10♠A♥4♥ flop before calling a 200,000 bet from Lighbourne.

The A♦ turn saw Lee check again, prompting Lightbourne to fire off 225,000. Once more, Lee called.

Lee checked one last time after the river came K♣. Lightbourne pushed almost his entire stack into the middle, representing a bet of 1,100,000 while leaving himself just 50,000 behind. That sent Lee deep into the tank but he emerged having decided on a call. Lightbourne flipped over A♣4♣ for the full house to earn a near full double up that left Lee with dust.

Gregory Fournier moved all in for around 900,000 from the big blind, prompting Von Kriegenbergh to rejam for around 1,300,000. Mixson snap-called as the covering stack and the cards went on their backs.
