Kyosev was racing for his tournament life as the K♦J♦8♥ flop gave him straight and flush draws. The 10♦ fell on the turn and Kyosev made the best hand in poker, a royal flush, to seal the pot. The 9♦ completed the board on the river and Kyosev doubled up.
The cards were already on their backs when the all-in and call was announced by the dealer and Charles Alex-Barton was at risk of elimination from the button versus Jason Sagle from early position.

The board ran out with a safe 3♠3♦9♥ flop, but the J♦ shifted the advantage to Sagle. The 2♦ river didn't change Alex-Barton's fate as he was eliminated from the tournament.
Alex-Barton can collect $200,000 at the payout desk.
In a battle of the blinds, Guillermo Sanchez Otero raised the small blind and Rodrigo Garrido Portaleoni called in the big blind.
The flop came K♣10♦6♦ and the Spaniard bet big, Garrido Portaleoni called all-in for 1,925,000.

The 8♠ turn and 4♦ river changed nothing and Garrido Portaleoni doubled.
Jean Lhuillier opened to 500,000 and Joe Serock defended in the big blind.
Serock check-called the 250,000 continuation from Lhuillier on the Q♣7♣5♣ flop.
The 6♣ turn saw Serock check again before folding to a bet of 600,000 from Lhuillier to give the short stack some much needed chips.
Daniel Erlandsson raised to 500,000 in middle position before Aloisio Dourado jammed his stack of 3,000,000 in the middle from the cutoff.
Erlandsson made the call with the covering stack once it had folded back to him, and the cards hit their backs.

It was a dire situation for Dourado, even more so when Erlandsson hit a set on the 8♥A♣J♦ flop. The 10♣ saw Dourado brick his runner-runner quads out, making the 9♣ river meaningless as he headed to the exit.
Daniel Kyosev moved all in from early position and Mauro Juarez called for his last 1,075,000 in the big blind.

Juarez was ahead with his pair of queens as the flop came J♣10♦7♠. The J♦ turn was no help to Kyosev, while the 10♥ fell on the river to secure Juarez a double up.
Nicklas Astedt opened to 500,000 from early position with the Q♠J♠ and was called by Jason Hoffman with the 9♥9♦ on his direct left. Tomas Szwarcberg with the 8♠8♣ and Yake Wu with the 4♦3♥ also called from the button and big blind.
The A♣5♣3♠ flop checked through to the 7♦ turn. Wu led out for 350,000 and folded out the remaining players.
Charles Russell raised to 525,000 under the gun and was three-bet by Diogo Coelho in early position. The action folded back to Russell, who called the bet of 1,375,000 chips.
He then checked on the 5♠3♣J♦ flop, after which Coelho bet 875,000. Russell made it 2,500,000 to go. Coelho called and did so too when Russell put in 3,000,000 chips on the 5♥ turn.
The 8♦ river completed the board and Russell put Coelho all in for exactly 5,000,000 chips. Coelho spent some minutes in the tank before tossing in a single chip for a call.
Russell showed A♠J♣ for jacks and fives, but Coelho had the better hand with K♠K♥ for kings and fives to receive a massive double-up.
Guillermo Sanchez Otero raised to 500,000 and Aloisio Dourado called out of the big blind with Randy Gattesco in the under-the-gun position having just 525,000 behind.
The A♥Q♥3♦ flop saw Dourado check-call for 450,000 before he then led the 5♥ turn for 1,100,000, Sanchez Otero called. Both checked the 2♠ on the river and Dourado showed the Q♣J♠ for a pair of queens, which Sanchez Otero had beat holding the A♦5♣ for two pair.
One hand later, Jessie Bryant raised to 700,000 and Rodrigo Garrido Portaleoni called in the hijack.
"Let me think about this," Gattesco said moments before he tossed in the last 25,000 chip.
On the 7♠7♦2♥ flop, Bryant pushed all-in and Garrido Portaleoni folded.

"Oh man, I am in trouble," Gattesco had said when he saw Bryant table the pocket jacks. The 10♣ turn gave some hope but the Q♦ river ended Gattesco's run on the pay jump in 54th place for $160,000.
