The board read 2♦6♦3♠8♦ with around 3,600,000 in the middle already.

Charles Russell bet 900,000 from the big blind and Edward Pak made the call from the middle position.

The river completed the board with the K♣ and Russell checked. Pak fired a bet of 2,500,000 out for Russell to dive into the tank. After a while, he opted to make the call. Pak tabled the A♦9♥ for the missed nut-flush draw for Russell to show he held the 7♥6♥ for the pair of sixes and the pot.

The flop came Q♦8♠7♦ and Tamayo bet 450,000. Lowe then raised to 1,200,000 and Tamayo called.

Lowe checked the J♠ turn and Tamayo bet 2,100,000. Lowe moved all in for 6,925,000 and Tamayo snap-called.

Lowe showed Q♣J♦ for top two pair, but Tamayo had 7♠7♥ for a set. Lowe needed to fill up on the river to stay alive, but he missed the 3♦ and was sent to the rail in 58th place.
