Muehloecker Folds to Deng's River Bet

Level 1 : Blinds 1,000/1,000, 1,000 ante

Thomas Muehloecker opened from the button to 2,100 and was called by Clemen Deng in the big blind.

Both players chose to check the 799 flop and were met with the 10 turn.

Deng checked the turn, and Muehloecker fired for 2,000. Deng chose to raise to 8,000 and was called by Muehloecker.

The 5 river led to a large bet of 33,000 from Deng. Muehloecker chose to fold awarding the pot to Deng.

First to act, Alex Kulev opened to 2,500 before seeing Jonathan Pastore three-bet to 10,000 next to act. Action folded to David Peters in the big blind, who elected to cold four-bet.

Aggression prevailed as both Kulev and Pastore folded.

Gumz Scoops a Big One on Brewer

Level 1 : Blinds 1,000/1,000, 1,000 ante

Fabian Gumz and Chris Brewer were heads up in the blinds with around 60,000 in the pot already. The board read 1098A and Gumz check-called a bet of 45,000 from Brewer.

The river was the 4 and Gumz checked again. Brewer used his entire 30 seconds and then checked it back. Gumz flipped over J9 for a flush and Brewer was unable to beat it.

Lebedev Takes an Early Pot

Level 1 : Blinds 1,000/1,000, 1,000 ante

With roughly 60,000 in the middle, Sergey Lebedev and Brian Whiteman were looking at a board of J474.

Whiteman, in the big blind, led out on the turn for 30,000, and Lebedev called.

When the 3 river landed, Whiteman slowed down, giving Lebedev the green light to bet himself, doing so for 75,000. This was too rich for Whiteman as he returned his cards to the dealer.

Elias Rivers Broadway

Yuya Kita opened to 2,500 on the button and was called by Taylor Paur and Darren Elias in the blinds. The flop came KQ3 and the action checked to Kita who continued with a bet of 3,000. Both of the blinds called and the 6 landed on the turn.

All three players checked this time and the A completed the board. Paur checked once more and Elias dropped in a bet of 12,000. Kita called and Paur quickly folded. Elias turned over J10 for a straight and Kita conceded the pot.

Gumz Wins with an Early Four-Bet

Level 1 : Blinds 1,000/1,000, 1,000 ante

One of the first hands of the day, Jonathan Jaffe raised to 2,500 in the cutoff and Jakob Miegel three-bet to 12,500 from the big blind.

Fabian Gumz was in the big blind and used an early time extension before counting out a four-bet to 35,000. Jaffe and Miegel both instantly mucked their cards and Gumz raked in the pot.
