"This is Very Tight"

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The pace of play at this table was very methodical. Bradley Gafford raised from the cutoff to 2,500, and Byungeun Shin made the call from the big blind. The flop came out with KK10 and Shin checked, while Gafford bet out 2,000.

Both players checked the turn A and the river 7.

As Gafford rolled over his hand, he stated, "This is very tight", and showed AJ for two pair, which must have been good enough as Shin mucked.

Saved by the King

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Under the gun player Timothy Flattery opened up the action to 2,000, and action folded all around to the table's shortest stack, Christopher Agnello. Agnello, in the big blind, shoved his remaining stack, which was worked out to be 11,300 in chips. After a bit of deliberation, Flattery made the call.

Christopher Agnello: K10 All in
Timothy Flattery: 98

The 342 flop seemed relatively safe, but the 8 turn left Agnello drawing thin. He stood up and started to put his bag on, ready to leave, before seeing the K on the river. He retook his seat, announcing "saved by the king!"

Eisen Hits a River Boat

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Preflop from the button position Fahredin Mustafov bet 2,000 and Erik Eisen called from the big blind.

On an all spade flop of A85 Eisen checked. Mustafov bet 1,200 and Eisen check-raised to 3,600. Mustafov obliged the call.

The turn brought a 6 accompanying an all black board, Eisen bet out 6,800, after about a minute Mustafov called.

A scary river card 6 snapped off on the felt, and after a brief moment, Eisen placed 10,000 in front of him leaving one yellow 1,000 chip on top of his cards. After a lengthy amount of time, Mustafov found the call and Eisen showed the 56 for a rivered boat.
