On a board reading 7104J3, with 10,500 in the pot, two players still had live cards. First to act, Kenneth Kim bet out for 8,000, but was met with a raise from David Levy, who made it 24,000. After a minute of thinking, Kim put in the call, then snap-mucked as Levy showed him 6x5x for the second nuts.

The 6 peeled off on the turn, and Stout was still in the lead with one card to come.

Soma Hits the Straight

The director and musician's next goal is winning a World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet.

PokerNews caught up with Defoe, a lifelong poker player, in one of several WSOP events that she is playing this summer to talk about her music and directing careers, poker goals and being married to Ronnie Winter-Defoe, the singer and founding member of The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus.
